I had a 5 Star Service from Veronica on this branch earlier today. She had an excellent customer service who had assist me get into my new Savings Account and applying for new credit card. I had never been entertained so well from any banks before and she deserves a credit for making extra effort I was satisfied from all my needs. Kudos to you, Veronica and you are the reason I will keep coming back to your branch office for performing an over the expectation job performance to me as a customer who loves excellent service.

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for years. Each time that I come in they find some reason to waste my time. No wonder they have bad reviews.

Tujunga CA on Foothill: Staff could not be more careless and without knowledge! Manager is not proactive to come and help customer but walk and pass. Not helping new hires either. Not helpful. This branch used to be (10 years ago) a busy local bank with excellent customer service. It's a shame to see poor management has brought it to this poor level. I stopped going to this branch just like many other local customers. Sad!

Today, I was in this location & Christine Tsarukyan helped me out. Her professionalism had a big impact on me. She was the most patient & polite employee that I've ever had a chance to meet. I hope Wells Fargo knows about its valuable employees... I already called customer service & I'll hope they will recognize her...We need more employees like her everywhere...

7 people in line which runs all the way to outside. And only 2 tellers working. At least air conditioning worked

Even one star is a lot to this location. I called in the morning to make an appointment they said to call later because all employees are not in yet(10am). Then I called at 2 but the person who was helping me on the phone wasn't educated enough to help me. She hangs up the phone on me while I was talking , when I called again she said don't come to branch today and come another time. Are you guys playing a game with clients? Lisa didn't help me at all she didn't even give me opinion for another time. Why you guys do business with this kind of people?!

COVID EXPOSURE HERE. Did bank transactions as walk-in from April 1-16 2020. My wire transactions mysteriously disappeared without any trace into/out of my account. That was a red flag and I called into the branch and it was closed? I held on phone for 3 hours, to only be informed that no transaction appeared for the day I was there. Also phone representative stated the branch was closed for no reason, unknown to them. Now 5 days later from my latest visit, I receive an email notice after the fact, they had an employee tested positive for COVID and I'm at risk of possible exposure. So if the bank closed due to possible COVID exposure why were they not upfront then. I first called and asked why the branch was closed. So Wells Fargo knowingly put their customers at risk, by not sharing the fact once known. Where's the justice and trust we deserve from this fiduciary institution?
