This branch never has any worker at window the line can be mile long only 1 window if u get lucky 2 every time you tell manager if they can do something always have same answer we short on worker or we be right with you it's been years and noting change that why I only use them for certain reason they you use to be primary bank not anymore

I wish I could give zero starts. Always a line, ample employees but only one or two tellers. Terrible customer service.

I’m just a no on Wells Fargo at this point. I didn’t have a very good day with customer service. I went into this branch was standing in line and somebody asked a bunch of us what we were doing and directed us and basically took somebody that was behind me first and told me to have a seat and wait. I was closing my account and they were opening one so you see where the heart is- it’s just the money. I had called the 800 number the day before to close the account… And ended up telling the agent on the phone that I changed my mind and I wanted to go into a branch. apparently she’s already done the closing and instead of telling me that she just hung up on me. So then I go to the branch and this happens. Just didn’t feel cared for in any sense. Bye forever dudes

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. As usual, it took 20 min of waiting in line just to get some change. Only one teller and 7 people in line. I calmly asked a team member, Janet, why it seems to take 20 min wait time every time I go inside the branch. Janet absolutely exploded. She told me there was "no way" I was there for 20 min. Without saying the word "liar", she was saying just that. Her voice got so loud and angry that a woman in line felt the need to defend me saying "He's right, I've been here for 10 min already too" Then Janet said I was yelling and told me to leave. I said no! At which point she told me I wasn't allowed to yell. I told her I absolutely can yell anywhere I want. Then she told me I had to leave again. To which the same sweet lady in line defended me again saying "he is right. It's a free country. He can yell." Janet, all you had to say was "I'm sorry, let me see what I can do to help." You have zero, and I mean zero, management skills. Let me say it again, zero. Wells Fargo management, if you read this, Janet is causing you major attrition she needs to be let go. Or, at least demoted. All of this drama was preceded by the business account salesperson (who calls you "dear" about 100 times while you're opening an account. Annoying. And, frankly, demeaning) gossiping with the payment systems sales guy who was griping about a "difficult" client in front of the 7 people in line. Needless to say, I'll be closing my account in the morning as I ran out of time today while waiting in line.

No one says hi to you unless you speak Armenian! I respect all cultures but this is America and everyone should be treated equally and respectfully!

Usually much quicker than the bigger branch on Brand. They also have better appointment times for opening accounts, and the banker who opened my son's first teen account was really helpful. They could have more tellers available to aid wait times even more, and then they'd earn 5 stars.

I was going to this Wells Fargo because it was super close to my home and was very convenient. I've brought a number a different checks to this branch to be cashed and also withdraw funds. My last experience, I talked to the guy I always do and he said they couldn't cash it because it was a really big check. But mind you that I've been their before and other people cashed the same amount as me if not bigger. It made me feel some kind of way because the people at this branch even asked what do I do when I brought another check to be cashed because they thought it was fake but all the funds were verified. I took my check of 15k to the branch on brand near the freeway and they cashed it no questions asked. Today I'm walking up to the atm. The lady is about to open the door to the bank. I understand it's before opening ours and they are being cautious but, again I've been here the same time and they have never done that to someone who doesn't look like me. There have been a number of incidents with this branch that I am not pleased with and therefore will never come back here again

O Star rating is not possible...! To bad! WORST cust. service I have EVER experienced in banking. Susana Q. (Sm. business banker) Is NOT trustworthy, NOT honest, NOT transparent with banking protocols (holding funds), NOT giving me access to my account money. Slandered my check payees (Fortune500 co's claiming they had NSF) now those companies are prosuing with defamation of character law suits against Wells Fargo. NO apologies for actions, NO explanations for holds, NO explanation for non-access to funds. Trust me, ONLY problems at this branch, and with Wells Fargo in general. NOTICE: Their 2 rating!!

No wonder this location gets negative reviews. I came in to request for temp checks, I didn't know that they started to charge $3. I made a comment that they used to give it as complimentary, but now charges for checks that will be used in your account. Emil the bank teller said, "You can change your bank if you want" Gone are the good old days when Wells Fargo puts high regards in their customer service. Yes Emil, I will change banks because of the poor customer service.

I went to another Wells Fargo location 8 times the past 2 weeks and did the same transactions, withdrawal(MY MONEY) and only one time I went into this location the manager in the back of the counter said I need to overwrite the teller, I said ok, I notice her going taking longer and asked if my account was ok? She said yes I need to overwrite the teller, he's new. I said ok, after a minute of her looking at my account like pressing up, down, left, right keys on the keyboard,I asked again, why are you looking at my account? I assumed the teller needed a overwrite, that's what she said. She's like you need to sign your form the way your Driver's License shows like you signed 25 years ago. I don't wanna mention names, not worth it. She knows who she is. I gave her my Drivers License which matches my face I have nothing suspicious, I gave her my debit card put in my PIN number. Remember, I did the same transaction 8 times with multiple different tellers and managers, never had a issue besides this manager. Thanks again for a very bad experience RUBINA! Please have some respect, I came to take out my hard earned money, I didn't come ask for your money.
