Can someone explain me why the Wells Fargo ATMs in this neighborhood are *always* out of service?! The Foothill and Honolulu locations are both completely unreliable. It's the wildest thing.

Have visited this location twice so far. The customer service is great and the atmosphere is lovely. Transactions are made in a timely manner and have not had to wait long both times. Not very crowded both times I have visited. They have a drive through ATM and night deposit box.

ATM ate several checks and now they want to reverse the deposit. Called Wells Fargo Customer Service 3 times, a total of 2 hours of my time to be hung up on twice. Poor, Very Poor Customer Service! I will be cancelling all my accounts after 30 years.Do yourself a favor, don't bank with Wells Fargo, and if you do, start looking for another bank that won't steal from you.

I needed to use the teller services inside this branch, which I feel has a long history of mediocre service. A young woman with clear/grey/lavender eyeglass frames greeted me and began processing my rather complex transaction efficiently and pleasantly.When it was time to get some type of approval, Justine, who if not at a manager level already: should be promoted immediately. I watched as Justine instructed her co worker how to enter, adjust or correct the appropriate information in a very calm relaxed manner. If Justine is not a Training Manager, she should be. I have trained retail sales associates for 30 years in register systems and customer service. Some people have the talent to teach, others do not. Justine has it. The previous week I trained the older woman working behind the glass divider on the options to update a PIN and why visiting a branch was faster than calling an 800 number. IJustine even had an update on my main grievance with the Montrose branch. I has filed another complaint about a week ago. This is my issue--The Saturday operating hours posted on the front door (in easy to read white stickers) are wrong. For almost 3 years they have been wrong. The corrected hours are also posted: over the door handle on faded copy paper impossible to read. It is the white that your eye sees. Should have been an easy fix- yet every manager over the past 3 years has blamed the pandemic and walked away. Justine informed me a service has been engaged to correct this simple project. Wells Fargo regional and senior management needs a reality check. That best way is to spend time on the branch bank floors where the customers are. They need a mix of cultures at Montrose and more bright, interested and well presented people like Justine and far far less pompous and lazy employees who suggest you call a number to get help. If WF is going to remain competitive and survive an overhaul of its branches needs to happen now. It should have begun 10 years ago. The five stars are for Justine and her co-worker.

UPDATE YOUR MOTHERF***** machines. WTF is wrong with this location. The drive thru ATM is a piece of s*** and won't deposit cash even when depositing under 30 bills. I run a cash business and deposit large sums of money so I rely heavily on ATMs after houses. La Crescenta does not need this old, deteriorating Wells Fargo. I made the switch to Chase because of this. SMH.

I deposited $3000 cash on Saturday in Wells Fargo Montrose ATM. It took my 30 100 dollar bills, and showed a check deposited. Now it shows a post of $3000, but not available and a $2840 cash jam! Six 30 minute phone calls later, they still have my cash! I'm closing my account and reporting it. Doesn't make sense. Yes, I'm pissed!

Ugh- I used to love this branch. I received a letter in the mail by Wells Fargo, something that I had to take care of- in person. Or so I thought... I made an appointment online to come in person to this particular location. I walked in at 9:31am... walked out 9:35am... I met with a banker explaining that I had a problem, showed her the letter, and immediately she told me to call this certain "1-800" number. Apparently, she couldn't help me with my issue. She told me it "had to be over the phone only".... She seemed kinda rude I came home, called the number... The Wells Fargo representative told me that this particular thing that I needed help with can ONLY be taken care of, in person. On the phone, the representative told me that I have to go BACK in person now.. I do not have time to go back & forth with this. Anyways. I am bummed & frustrated. Off to another branch...

This Branch is by far the worst Wells Fargo bank I've ever experienced. I went there for assistance and was advised after 45 minutes by the associate then the branch manager, Edgar, that they couldn't help me. I then called my Wells Fargo bank and was advised that they could indeed help me. I spoke with Edgar again and he advised me I had to make an appointment as the associate had another appointment. I watched the associate speak with another customer stating that he would help him but he had an appointment coming in. Edgar forced me to schedule an appointment for later that day. I'm a busy nurse and told him I might not be able t make it. He said I had to come back. After an hour and 15 minutes I agreed even though I knew I wouldn't be able to return. I wasn't able to return and therefore couldn't complete my transaction. I feel that EDGAR was very easy I'll towards me and because I wasn't Armenian he wouldn't help me. I ended up going back to my bank where I live 3 days later and they kindly completed the transaction in 10 minutes. Edgar wasted so much of my time and spent so much time standing in a suit with his pink tie twirling his diamond ring then he did assisting me. Wells Fargo please address this issue. Maybe it's time for a new unbiased branch manager.
