I’m really very, very disappointed in the treatment that my wife and I just received at the Windsor location in the Glendale Galleria. The girl on the floor is very nice, however, the manager was very rude and uncaring. My wife tried on a shoe that she really liked and when we asked for the pair, they informed us that it was the very last pair they had. When they gave us the box, we noticed the soles on the shoes showed they were clearly worn. Since it was the last pair and they couldn’t give us one that was not used, we asked if they could give some sort of a discount or something. This person answered in a very rude manner ( truly not appropriate when you’re addressing a customer at the register), she just said nope because all of the shoes that they sell there are already worn, (however they are charging full price for them). When we asked how come they were worn like that when they should be new, she said they were not a regular shoe store but a clothing store that happens to sell shoes. So that was it … Take them or leave them ( obviously not her store nor giving a shit if she sells or not). It’s not what she said. It’s mostly the attitude that she had. She didn’t give a crap whether she sold or not. Before we left the store, we noticed she was talking crap about us (in front of other customers). Super unprofessional for people who are representing a very well respected business. The owner should really look into this!! Clearly , when you come to the store, be ready to deal with situations like this or just go somewhere else. A very, very disappointing visit. If I could give this store a zero, I would!

The girl with the red hair is very
unprofessional. My friend and I put items on hold and then when we return to try them on she had pretended that she lost them to get us not to try it on then she gave it to us five minutes before the store closed so we couldn’t try the dresses on. She was giving me dirty looks the whole time after that and there was multiple people in line and trying items on, so I don’t understand why she only didn’t let me try it on. I also only had one item to try on and it would’ve took me less than five minutes when the store was already gonna be open for an extra five minutes because of the amount of people in the line.

This store is supposed to be open till 9 it's disappointing to see that they can't stay open for customers on a Friday evening. Mall was crowded, I'm sure they would have made more sales. The picture shows the hand made sign saying sorry for the inconvenience.

The employee who's name is bianca was so rude , she was practically yelling at me after ignoring me numerous times. I have never seen a staff member behave this way before. Shame on windsor for employing such a rude person. This is at windsor at glendale galleria.

I bought a dress at Windsor against an email. When I gave my email, they didn’t ask for the spelling. I thought that was okay because I might an account or something. This was for a work event that I would get reimbursed for. I just went back for a reprint and because they couldn’t find my email, they refused to reprint it. It’s just an email. I used to be an assistant manager at retail shop and I know it is absolutely possible to reprint based on date, name, and card used. Soooo wild. And now I can’t get this money back from my work.i will not be shopping here again

This location closes their dressing rooms at least 30 minutes before the actual store closes and close all of their enterance doors expect one. Feels very unwelcoming. Employees seemed in a hurry to close and get out of there.

Came back to the store after I bought damage merchandise , return policy is unclear and confusing . One of the tags of the skirt fell off from being in the bag , they stated they wouldn’t honor the return . Bought the merchandise on a card I didn’t have anymore they wouldn’t provide refund . Threw the merchandise in the trash because that’s were it belong cheap store prices have gone up , never shopping here again

The worst store that I’ve been inI stand in a line for a fitting room for half an hour because of some girls that keepd changing clothes and the employees just didn’t do nothing about that (im talking about line of 30+ people) that the employees started arguing with me when it was my turn amd I wanted to change the color of the shirtAnd if that’s not enough when I paid the girl that takes the payment threw at me the clothes when I asked her to to fold before she put it in the bagNever coming back again its the worst service that I’ve ever got Glendale shop
