I went in on Sunday around 440 pm first thing I asked was if they were still open since it looked like they were about to head out. Their hours say 7 pm and according to them it was fine. Once I sat down it was a rush. Once the lady was done with my pedicure she started closing down the windows grabbed her purse and was pretty much rushing out. So I grabbed my own sandals to put them on and another lady stops me and puts them on. My toes pretty much smeared and the other lady thankfully fixed it. My experience was horrible as I felt rushed the whole time. I could have understood if they would have told me they We're closing as I came in, but to say their open and rush me out of there was not professional from their part! I will definitely not go back!!!

I wanted to really like this place as it's local but this is the second time I get my nails done here and the service was rushed. Maybe because I'm not a regular customer who knows but service was rushed just look at the cuticle work. I asked for a gel manicure, My nails are chipped and the work overall wasn't done pleasantly.

I normally don't write bad reviews, but their customer service is the WORST I EVER HAD! So it was a MUST!!! Ok I asked Tommy (the only male in there) can he redo my nail and make the design thinner.. he threw the brush across the floor because he was so pissed that he had to redo ONE NAIL! Then they speak in Vietnamese and are always laughing making people feel uncomfortable! Oh and just to let you guys know.. they have a lot of flies and last time I went they had a few baby roaches on the side of the massage chairs where you sit and get a pedicure, very unsanitary !!and if I were you love I wouldn't even waste my time nor money on this unprofessional business!! It's not worth it one bit

Vivian was horrible just like the job she did. I would NEVER go back. Her service was awful as well. She only takes her time with those she knows but with new people, she doesn't. A client who had an appt walked in so Vivian put me to the side with a halfway job and I was okay because she had an appt and I was a waking PLUS I wasn't I'm a rush. But when she came back to fish she rushed and did an AWFUL job. She still had the audacity to say "There Pretty"

To start of I've been coming here for 4yrs I LOVE LOVE LOVE their work .Perfect place to unwind while listening to latest music hits and spa like treatment durning pedicures .HIGHLYYY RECOMMEND !!THEY DONT SAY NO TO HARD DESIGNS (if you show them a picture they literally copy and paste )and the quality and application last about a month no lift !!!

Vivian and everyone is wonderful at 3d Nails. They are very accommodating and welcoming. They use the highest quality products. I always get Gel for my fills and pedicures and they never chip, they never get discolored. Their prices are amazing and Vivian can duplicate an design that I find online. I hope they never move because it is so close to my house but if they ever did, I would follow them. Trust me, I've been to many different nail salons and I will never go anywhere else.

I came here to 3D nails in Glendora on a Monday so it was not busy at all. Vivian continued to rush through doing my nails with only me in the salon with my mom. So there was no reason to rush to begin with. My nails were covered in bubbles and my French tips were all different sizes and I asked her twice to fix them nicely and even the very last time I asked if she could clean them up and proceeded to just file the sides which only made them look worse. I usually don't complain but I felt like she did my nails with no care. It sucks to cause I always come here and I feel like every time I come they get worse and worse, please just fine your own personal nail tech, that's what I'm going to be doing from now on ! It's ridiculous over here.. especially if Vivian is the owner, and handles her customers with little to no care. Very disappointed with my birthday being tomorrow

They do such a great job, I get so many compliments on my nails all the time!! Anyone leaving a bad review must have been having a bad day because this salon is really amazing, I've been to all the nail salons in the area and this is my all time favorite

As other reviews say, service has gone down hill the last few years. Very rushed and sloppy work.
