this 711 is needs more friendly patient and kind cashier's im disabled and i have arthritis in my hands and ti begin the cashier estresla or something cant pronounce her NA correctly was very bossy impatient and just rude and didn't even give me the chance to out back 2 redbulls already telling what i had to do now I could have been petty an left them there i was going to hold back my comment about the coca cola needing syrup but i mentioned it to her as i kindly asked her to be patient and nit to be bossy . this sucks as i love 711 and just made me grateful fir the 711 on merced and sunset in West Covina Mrs. Lovely is always taking care if the store and customer service is a plys . i will not be coming here anymore thank you i hope the store manager reads these comments. have a blessed day .

I came here to fill up gas and get something to snack on on a long drive, when I noticed some of the donuts I was about to buy looked SUPER hard! The packaged stuff was expired by a few months ...how fantastic.. I also poured a cup of coffee which was cold, seemed like the person working there does absolutely nothing but sit at the register!!

I go to this store all the time and love the person who works there, Rafael, with my whole heart. He always makes me feel better than when I left. I enjoy him so much, I make him Christmas cards and stuff. Seriously, all of the five stars are for Rafael. He is the best 7-Eleven worker in the entire universe, hands down. He makes everyone's day better because he truly cares about his work and the people who go there. He is an absolute living legend. And I adore going to the 7-Eleven purely because when I know he will be there, it makes my whole family's day. Love you Rafael! You deserve the whole world! - Trinity

Went to 711 at 2am to grab some late night snacks cuz was feeling a bit hungry but when I went to open doors both were locked and didn’t see any employees inside saw what looked like a employee vehicle parked so there must have been someone on duty but anyway now I know 711 isn’t 24/7 it’s only open when the workers want it to be open

The cashier that rang me up insulted me because my boyfriend thought I took long to cash out $30 for Lyft driver. He took customers in between my 2 transactions and lost my Lyft driver because it was more than 3 minutes l. Boyfriend told the cashier I had to go, and he said “take your b***** I was offended and asked him why did you say that? He tried to fight my boyfriend outside the 711. I only got cash from the scratcher and bought a cookie and charger. The cashier continued to threaten my boyfriend outside the 711. We left back to our apartment.

BJ sold me the wrong pack of cigarettes and wouldn't give me the ones I originally paid for. He was rude and aggressive. I don't even know if that was his real name As I asked for a managers name and he said their name was "manager". The time before that I dealt with him he demanded that I paid with the ones he saw in my wallet which was weird and also again, very aggressive. Avoid this 711 at all costs.

Watch out for that owner lady. She's a thief! 2 times now she has tried to short change me. I have also stood in line and watched her double charge a customer. The customer came back and demanded his money once he figures out she double charged him. I have also seen her cheat the lotto machine. I am not the only one she has done this to. She's a thief!
