I had no idea if my issue was going to be something easy or difficult to take of, luckily it turned out to be super easy. Grace at reception was friendly, professional, had an answer for all of my questions and concerns. I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

Been coming to this location, along with La Verne, for 5+ years now. Though the Gen Mgr here in Glendora seems not to be tolerant of Service Dogs that come in from time to time, the rest of the staff appear to be very courteous and friendly. Hope for better outcomes for the upcoming new year of "2024" ? .Merry ?? Christmas ??

This AAA location has consistently been my preferred choice. The staff appears to be content and consistently demonstrates strong knowledge and willingness to assist. I highly recommend making this store your go-to as it is unlikely to leave you disappointed.

This location is near the 210 overpass. They accept walk-ins. They can perform DMV title tags and registration among their normal offerings for AAA members. There is sufficient parking. The service is welcoming and pricing is standard.

Had an appointment with Corine to plan a trip to Europe. We had spoken on the phone a few days before the appointment. She said she would have some itineraries ready. Got there for my appointment and she didn't even remember speaking to me. She spent 5 minutes with me regarding my trip. She said she would have an itinerary for me in few days and would email it. I never received anything. She was not knowledgeable at all. Don't use her.

I’ve been a premium member for YEARS , I walk in and a Caucasian lady asked to see my membership so give it to her . I asked to pay for my registration and she said you need to be the owner of the vehicle. I told her “i am” then she continued to ask how I am paying and I told her with my card, she saw my discover and told me that they only accept cash , visa or Mastercard. I had just ordered a replacement MC bc i had misplaced it So I just walked out. Felt really judged and talked down to. First negative encounter here, ever.

I always say "I don't wanna be that person that walks in a few minutes before closing" but that was me on Monday. I was very apologetic but the lady checking me in was so friendly and welcomed me with such a nice attitude. I literally was in and out in minutes. I waited a few minutes to pay my car registration. Paid my registration, got my tags and I was done. Such a great experience!!! Quick and easy. Plus I got a bonus of great customer service! Karma is right... treat others like you want to be treated and it will come back to you.

Extremely disappointed with their service this time around. Never have I had an issue with them always attentive and nice. However this time around my mother and I had a very unpleasant visit with JESUS, he was supposed to ensure our new vehicle and report it to DMV and did not do that! Registration on my vehicle was terminated and when asking him about it he was so nasty, rude and arrogant! When asking him questions while at his desk, he simply sat there staring at his computer ignoring my concerns. I’ve never felt so belittled. This man made me feel so uncomfortable!

Today I had the pleasure of having Kat take care of a title transfer for me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed. It would not surprise me to see her running that office in a couple years. Note to Auto Club management, you have a real Rockstar here, take good care of her.

I have been a member for 5 years and have always been treated with the same respect and professionalism as everyone else. Could it be that due to the fact I came in a dirty clothes due to working on my house and car all morning I am not sure but I will let you decide. On Tuesday morning I went into this AAA to seek out a travel agent and an older Caucasian woman was behind me as I was approaching the door so I held the door open for her, as we both got inside this disrespectful AAA team member at check in YANI asked the woman what she was in for and after seeing that it was for DMV services she just let her through. The woman stated “I haven’t showed you my membership card” and YANI replied “it’s okay we don’t need it.” After the woman was told where to go I was next and YANI stopped me asking what I was coming in for and requested in a demeanor so unprofessional I was shocked. Not sure if it was a racial profiling or what but I was just shocked and what was more shocking is that she never actually put me on the waiting list to see a travel agent after waiting for about 20 mins I went and spoke to another check in rep and she stated & confirmed I was never on the queue. Now take in mind I have had multiple interactions with YANI so this was just hard to believe. Overall I give this last Interaction with YANI an F for failing to properly review all individual there are actual AAA members so then what’s the point of having to pay for a membership and for not doing her job properly in making sure members who are there for AAA needs get seen by the proper AAA team member.
