Overall the quality of the vendors they choose is good but unfortunately the young ladies lack knowledge and basic customer service skills. Being greeted is non existent paired with a bad attitude. Not sure why the owner continues to allow for this. We try so hard to spend money in our community as opposed to corporate amazon, but it’s hard to justify spending money on gas, pay a premium and feel like you're pestering an employee. Reading some of the other reviews, I’m not surprised.

I bought a wind chime that did not have a box. Johnathan went through all kind tricks and kindly made a box for it so it survives the trip out of town. While doing that we had a wonderful conversation. The man is a walking encyclopedia! The most personal service in a place like this.

I went in the other night to get some paint samples and the woman who helped me was so awesome and helpful. I went back again after work yesterday and I was helped by Ange, she was seriously so sweet and kind! My interaction with her was one of the best customer service experiences ever. She was even supposed to get off work but decided to stay a little longer to help me. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and nice!

DO NOT Order anything online to this store. Had an awful experience trying to buy two cutting boards after placing the online order.
Went there to pick it up and they said they needed to charge me again for the item when I already paid online.
Ended up needing to call ace support line because the manger “could do nothing”. After twenty minutes of waiting and talking to support they canceled my order after assuring me I had not been charged yet.
So I paid for the items again in store - but then online order charge went through - so they ended up double charging me. Thinking now I will just have to do a charge back on this whole thing. Absolutely ridiculous and a terrible experience. Now I’m out $40 on freaking cutting boards

I'm usually a Home Depot shopper, but I wanted to use Aura paint in a remodeled bathroom - an Ace exclusive - so I dropped by Mission Ace Hardware this afternoon to gather paint samples. I was greeted immediately by Ange, by the MOST helpful store associate I have ever encountered. She walked me through my options, including the necessary step of using an appropriate primer on the new drywall. She explained the types of Aura paint, their applications and cure times. Ange knows colors! In the blink of an eye, she was able to select the perfect Aura color for a white bathroom and a lovely blue for a guest bath that has a new tiled floor in a blue/gray/ivory pattern. I left Mission Ace Hardware feeling confident that I had the right products and pro tips for a successful paint project. Thanks, Ange!

Avoid. Terrible customer service. Don't bother asking the cashiers for help they know nothing and have a rancid attitude.

Worst manager and app ever! I was told by their customer service they would honor the price on ACE HARDWARE website as long as the sku matched. Which it did. Then they couldn't charge me correctly, because the website pricing didn't give a proper code. Spent another 15min to follow the store rules of purchasing online and then pick up. Which didn't work because my password reset wasn't recognized. And store manager gives no f**** about helping me out. Thanks for nothing.
