Nice clean store and friendly staff. Great home delivery service or curbside. Their store is very organized and have prepared meals if your in a hurry or just want ready to go meal. So many option to choose from.

I had a horrible customer service experience there over the weekend. The lady at the bakery department wasn’t very friendly and acted like I was bothering her. The whole experience was very unpleasant. When I looked at her name badge because I felt like reporting her I noticed she was actually a manager. Shameful. I sent a lengthy email to store manager with no response. Then I called the number on receipt and reported my bad customer service and haven’t heard from them either. Such a big company I’m very surprised at their lack of concern. Needless to say I will never shop there again.

I understand why you guys have to put products behind glass, but I don’t understand why I can’t find an employee to help. I will shop somewhere else now or start buying online.

I only came in for the deli today, so I'm giving a rating strictly on this visit. Picked up a couple 8-piece bags of fried /baked chicken. Let me say, the chicken was perfect. Not too greasy, not too salty. Just good, perfectly cooked fried chicken. Even better, was that there was a $5.70 coupon in the Albertsons App. I mean what a deal?! Places like KFC charge like 15 for an 8-piece. To top off this visit, the deli employees were super cool and pleasant. I also grabbed some potato and macaroni salad to complete this lunch combination. The rest of the store was clean, prices are comparable, but weekly sales and app deals are a must for savings. Lastly, I give kudos to the polite staff.

Albertsons on Route 66 in Glendora has done some upgrading to their shelving and aisles. It appears that they may put in new flooring. The aisles feel wider and they have sectioned off the self check section and looks like they added more self check registers. This store also has a Starbucks inside. They also got new shopping carts that say you can use googlepay checkout for more ways to pay. Check out deals with their phone app as they have many digital coupons and lots of specials and sales.

why is the hiring process so broken? told to come back one day, no one to help, the. asked to reach out again, no one to help them either. hiring staff is rude and do not reach out when they say you will hear back. just crazy that you have someone that wants to work there and can not be treated with respect. weird.

All the employees are very helpful. Marcos is so kind and caring the whole family loves him. Also have been noticing more organic items!

Albertsons is know for their chicken - don't waste your time at this location. No customer service! Folks were walking out of the line since we were waiting 20+ minutes for hot food. It's 5pm and they had very few nuggets and I asked were they fresh and the guy said who knows - maybe 2pm. Never going back!
