I needed a battery and stopped by. I didn't get the employee's name but he was very nice! Even though it was HOT outside he was still willing to help. He was very professional and pleasant. The only suggestion I have is they put up a covered area with a few spots and rope it off so when the employees go out to help a customer they can park there and be protected by the weather!! Good employees need to take care of!!!

Came here on a Saturday evening to pick-up wipers for my BMW after ordering them online. I've had enough of bad dealerships. Although the AutoZone website said I had ordered the correct part numbers for my specific car, the wipers that I bought was not correct. Luciano quickly refunded my purchase, found the correct wipers for me and even installed the new wipers on my BMW in minutes. Folks here are super helpful and nice. Now thanks to Luciano, my car is ready for the next big rain storm here in Southern California! 10 Stars!

Came in on a rainy day for new windshield wipers and Conner was able to assist with great customer service. He was very kind to install them in the rain! Highly recommend this Autozone if in the area.

"Great experience at Autozone in Glendora! I stopped by to get my battery tested and Luciano went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he quickly and accurately test my battery, but he also installed a new one for me in just 10 minutes. His knowledge and expertise were impressive, and his friendly and helpful attitude made the whole experience even better. I left the store feeling extremely satisfied and grateful. I go here for auto parts. The people who work here are nice, pleasant and helpful. They assured me I could return any parts I bought as long as it wasn't used. They can look up parts for your car as long as you tell them make and model and year.
