I cannot say enough nice things about Avalon Collision Center. My vehicle was taken here after a collision at my insurance company's recommendation. The repair did unfortunately take longer than expected due to parts shortages, but none of this was the fault of Avalon. The manager, Jennifer, gave me weekly progress updates and even called to explain certain issues that came up. Once the outstanding parts did come in, my vehicle was ready within 2 days. Thank you Avalon!!!

STAY AWAY .. avalon collision center provides terrible customer service and workmanship is poor . took my vehicle for a simple repair ( 2022 model ) and they returned car with a terrible repaid job plus a bunch of additional damage to the paint and interior not present when i dropped off the car . shop manager here is a joke of a human being will provide absolutely no help at all and they take zero responsibility for the damages they cause .Services: Body & Trim

I've had the misfortune of being rear-ended twice in a 3 month period. Fortunately Avalon was there to take care of my truck and looking good. Communication is the best through text messaging, phone calls and email. They work with most insurance companies so, the process of getting your vehicle fixed is very smooth.

They destroyed my car and left me to pay for all the damages and then blame the insurance company for all the damages. Jennifer was so rude when I asked her to pls help figure out what am I supposed to do now. They turned a 4k damaged vehicle into 12k damages and they told me that's part of the process and that's what I signed for.They tore out and broke pieces of my vehicle, my property is worth nothing now.I am.left with no vehicle and Jennifer said there nothing I can do to about it.Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit in the back wheel. Supposed to replace the wheel and bumper. Got my car back with "wheel replaced" and the front wheel half damaged with red paint from curb. When I asked what happened they said "curb scrap". I had one nick in the wheel and because they put an x on that wheel that had the nick in it when I turned it in they considered it to be "what ever damage they want to put". Car came back with damage that wasn't there to begin with. Dara was the person that "helped" me. Def video you car and record what it looks like when dropping off so you have evidence!!!!! When signing where damage is on the car. Don't except x make them label scratch or dent and the size!!!

My Silverado had 3 paint defects that GM would not cover or pay for. I was met by Andy who assured me he would take good care of me. I just picked my truck up yesterday and it looks incredible! They color buffed what appears to be the whole truck. The paint looks brand new and you can't even tell there was a paint repair. I will forever recommend Avalon's service to friends and family. Thank you!

Andy was great and gave me updates on my car. He was very nice and thoroughly looked at my car with me once it was repaired to make sure everything was good. They did a good job on repairs and paint job. Michelle in the office was very nice too. She was on it calling to make sure I received all the paperwork and gave me updates along the way. Nice to have everything go smoothly after an accident. They even returned my rental car for me. Thank you Michelle and Andy!

I came in to get an estimate on my car, and was extremely disappointed. A gentleman named Dara (I think is correct spelling), did the estimate and wanted to charge an astronomical amount of money for a simple headlight replacement and paint job from a collision. I waited over 30 minutes to get this quote, and he didn't even bother explaining why half of the stuff listed on the quote needed to be replaced when they were not even damaged. The only reason I gave it more than one star, was because the receptionist, Michelle, was very kind and attentive.

I took my car here for a repair through insurance Geico. My side mirror was busted. When I pick the car up there are some scratches on the mirror which I was surprised about but I worker buff them out for me. Driving home I realize the mirror could not go out far enough or high enough for me. I'm a tall guy and I can only see the road. Andy, my contact said to bring it back in. He said he will get me a new one once it arrives. I'm happy with Andy's service. I really feel like he is taking care of me and my family. Even though it's a hassle to go back in, I understand that this happens sometimes and Andy is understanding and relatable.

bring your car here if you want mediocre work done and to have more damage added to your car than what you brought it here to fix and poor customer service. brought my brand new car here that unfortunately had some damage caused to one of the doors. in the process, they removed the chrome moldings/weather strip and rear bumper and door panel and damaged ALL the parts they took off for the repairs, and also damaged my brand new leather driver-side seat and door panel. to top it off they tried to cover up some damage to my rear bumper with touch-up paint and when I addressed the manager ( Jennifer ) who looks like Cruella on meth proceeded to take an arrogant attitude and laughed when advised I would seek legal action if I was not compensated for all the damage caused by Avalon collision Glendora. meeting with the GM soon but I would be crazy to let these clowns touch my car again. If the matter is not resolved ill be moving forward with legal action
