This review isn't for this particular Bank of America, it's for Bank of America period. I'm not sure why we stay with this bank as there's always issues. Like you can get a new card and still get charged from a company that had your old card number. For example I was gonna cancel my Netflix and then I had to get a new card so I figured since it's a new card it's not necessary. Wrong! The same happened with Ipsy, I paid for a full year but there was something on my account that allowed them to keep charging me monthly. Ipsy couldn't help me and neither could Bank of America, so I cancelled my card and got a new one. To my shock almost immediately there was a charge from Ipsy, the representative informed me that a lot of times these companies have relationships with the banks so when they try to process and the card is no good the bank will procreate correct card, how that possible or legal?! I'm not sure it is, but it's happening. Also DO NOT EVER deposit a check with them. I've been waiting 5 days for a check to clear. I was told via my app and through talking to a representative that it would be available this morning and it is not. After dealing with the annoying automated system I FINALLY was able to speak to someone and they said it can be anywhere up to 7 business days. She then told me next time cash your check instead of depositing, because we Bank of America can cut you a check and you turn around and deposit it, and they will still hold it to make sure the check is good. HUH???!!!! I'm definitely closing my account soon.

This is the absolute worst BofA I've ever been to. Literally line out the door, only two tellers, and a bunch of bank employees just walking back and forth both outside on the floor and behind the glass. And they seem not to mind, they totally chill about having an overflow of customers. Zero urgency. I highly recommend you *don't* come here. And lastly, shame on the managers. Someone should be fired. This is not a government operation, but sure is ran like one.

I've never been inside this location. I always use the drive thru. I've never had any problems or have waited more than a few minutes for ATM services. Close to home and convenient for me.

This is the slowest understaffed BOA branch I ever visited. Every visit in the last 6 months has taken 30 minutes. Very poor management. I prefer using Chase and Well Fargo or Credit Unions. Two Thumbs down

Horrible, long. You have to take a few hours out of your day just to visit this branch. Today, the line was very long and only one teller was working. The only reason I got out of there in a decent time relevant to the length of the line is because Kimberlina was the teller. She is fast, efficient, responsive, and caring. She is simply terrific. She kept apologizing for the wait even though it is not her fault. This branch definitely needs to hire more employees. They are short staffed. Kimberlina is the only reason I was able to get things done at a decent time today. I rated this branch at 1 star but I would give 5 stars for Kimberlina.

BbBEWARE!! Today 4/2/22 I withdraw some cash from my account at this Bank of America at Foothill Glendora. The teller Amanda did not give me the total amount of money. I'm short $20 dollars. I went to the bank immediately and talk to Ken manager to the bank let him know what happened. When talking to Amanda Ken and explained what happened, Amanda requested me to go take a sit because I was making her nervous and she was going to start the balance. After 10 min waiting I did not see Amanda at her place anymore, she was hidden underneath the counter and she was having a phone conversation of whatever happened. I heard her conversation saying that she felt she did something wrong that Teo days in a row she was over in money when balancing and today she was not short but she did something different taking money to complete my transaction from loose money she had separately. I left my cell phone number because Amanda was taking forever in her phone conversation Instead of working on balancing her money. I just got a phone call from Crystal m, Assistant to Ken saying that Amanda balanced the money and there was nothing else to do. It is so sad for me to find out that this can happen after almost 30 years of loyalty to this bank. Customers BEWARE if this teller Amanda, please count your money before leaving the bank, don't let people like the above mentioned trick you with your money. Also try to avoid teller Amanda to do transactions that involve cash. Negative experience that I don't want any go through. DONT TRUST THIS BANK ladies and gentleman, be safe and protect yourselves. Also the hours stated on their front doors don't match with the time they're closing. This bank do not care about any of his customers, it is really lack of respect what they are doing to us. Karma will get to you Amanda, Teller at Band of America in Glendora, Shame on you.

Honestly working customer service is a tough job and it seems like a lot of the negative reviews are because these people are entitled and lack understanding and patience.... ANYWAY. I've been to many locations and I had to come to this one because the one by my house is temp closed. I have to disagree with all the entitled people, this is by far one of the best locations. Sweet people, and they take their time to take care of you Because who wants a bank that is rushing transactions when it comes to dealing with YOUR $$ Keep up the good work Glendora BoA

Where do we start!!!! How about, how many times has this place transposed numbers and sent my money to someone else's account, or screwed up the deposit. The current situation is now, the bank holds checks being deposited into an account for 5 days,( They refuse to do verifications with the issuing bank) I have had this account for 7 years, no issues, except at their end ( See above) I have been trying to change my last name back to my maiden name, thanks to covid, the SS office is closed, and I have to wait to be able to go in person. So I had on file with BofA my driver's license that states my maiden name, but the account still has my SS# name and the paperwork ( Which was electronic) at BofA that shows both my former and married name ( have been able to use this information as verification) has suddenly disappeared when the bank made a Change to their system. Losing ALL Picture ID and name verifications on file. So this has caused issues with me trying to deposit or cash my check. I believe this calls for a Federal Regulator Audit.. Ah yes, did I mention I have family that does this for a living? Happy Thanksgiving 2021 BofA P.S Do not even try to use their online banking to make an appointment with a Merrill Lynch investor, it is so out of wack, it tried scheduling me with someone back east. Bank of America is an American multinational investment bank that has a partnership with China Construction Bank. In 2011 they decided to sell about half of their stake (about 13.1 billion) in the Chinese company. Oct 2, 2021 Just a heads up, it is more than half their stocks

Tried to setup a business account here for my DE registered company. The bank rep was initially enthusiastic but she could not complete the account setup by claiming that her bank's company verification system could not verified my company despite the company being legally registered through Legalzoom (which happened to be BofA's bank partner). After I put my doubts about Legalzoom's company registration process to rest (which Legalzoom affirmed all was in order and that I could even search for my company's existence on State of DE website), I received a call-back from the bank rep almost "blaming" me for registering my company in DE. Now she said that the bank could not process accounts for companies registered in DE, OK, etc! Wow! And I thought the United States of America is already a political union form of economic integration among all states!! And I have had registered another previous company in DE too and had successfully opened that company's bank account at BofA Rowland Heights branch before... Has the pandemic changed some rules here? It is so puzzling n laughable. She started to become abusive and defensive with a very condescending tone of voice, n said she could refer me to some other senior person in the bank to talk to me while without any confirmation that my opening of an account would be resolved. Constantly throughout the telephone conversation, she would not even want to listen to my concern nor query while reiterating that it was as if my fault for the trouble! What a gall! As a potential client I felt unappreciated and an absolute waste of time with such incompetence. Before she could finish her last gibberish, I hanged up the phone and forget about such a defensive n blaming culture exhibited from a supposed global bank brand! And oh.... I did finally opened my business bank account ---- with Citibank instead!

Terrible. Rude woman. Didn't say thank you. I'm sorry for having you wait for almost 20 minutes for no reason. It's not up to covid protocols. All the other banks are wiping down equipment etc. this bank looked almost abandoned and has the rudest employees ever. Never going back

Call customer service, they state you are able to exchange foreign currency however after waiting to get in to the actual bank they refuse to exchange. The Financial Center said that they don't have to be accountable to Customer Service. So who holds the financial center responsible...apparently no one. After being a customer for over 30 years I guess it's time to make a change.

Terrible. I will be closing my accounts here since I simply don't trust them with my money. The website has had the wrong information for months and still says they are closed. When I ask a question, I get a different answer depending on who I talk to. They never answer the phones. If they close early, which has happened more than once, they don't even bother putting a note on the door. Horrible customer service - not once, but every time. They only seem to want to sell extra services and not help you for the reason you went into the bank in the first place. Other branches are so much better. This one just seems to have the worst management.

I like the in person experience and customer service, so I decided to come to this location to order checks, instead of ordering online as I had questions. Usually at BOA's there is usually a Rep to greet you if you need assistance with ole enj g up accounts, ordering checks, etc NO ONE was available. I walked to the window and informed the teller I needed to order checks and she proceeded to tell me tO go online and order them, I kindly declined and asked for a rep and she checked me (this was at 10:45). At 10:55 a rep walks up to us and asks us what we need, so I answered that I needed to order checks, and once again she informed me that I should go online to order checks and I said No, I want to order them here she did not like my answer. No one is even here and it seemed like NO ONE wanted to help me! This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten from a BOA. KC Cortez did end up Helping me so thank you!
