The manager, Jason, greeted us at the door and was very attentive and accommodating. With the help of Gabby, this branch not only met but exceeded our expectations. It is the best and most helpful Bank of America branch we have been to. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service.

I hate Bank of America and this branch in particular. I specifically don't have an account with them because their customer service is so horrible. I was recently put on disability. After fighting with the doctors and the state, I finally got my card and my back pay. I went in today to withdraw some cash to put in my account to replenish my savings and I was treated poorly. I handed the woman my ID and the first thing she asks before even glancing at it was if it was expired. She looked genuinely shocked when it wasn't. She then questioned the validity of the ID. Seriously... Then she silently proceeded with the withdrawal. Didn't ask me how I wanted the cash just handed me hundreds. She didn't say thank you or please once. I needed some small bills but instead of fighting with her I decided to just withdrawal them from Wells Fargo where they don't treat you like a scumbag for being disabled.

When I opened my business 6 years ago my accountant told me that B of A had the best accounts for businesses. Not true! 2 Tellers and 16 people in line, no Merchant Services at all! Not only that, I lost my business credit card and have been on the phone hours trying to report my card lost, the prompt asks me for my account number, the card is lost I only have the last 4 digits. The system won't default to asking if you want a representative and calling the non business side, as soon as they verify it's a business account, as I'm trying to explain, I am once again transferred back to the unhelpful, business queue to be put on the a system that where there Is Absolutely No Help! I'll go in and close my account's tomorrow!

I come here because it's closest to me. They are always understaffed and line is always to long. I normally bank with Chase and their lines in the area are always shorter. Seems to me the manager needs some work.

Been a fan of Bank of America for years. Also use it for all of my banking and business needs. Visited several BofA branches over the years and have to say that this is the worst branch I have ever visited. Have to use this since closed to me. What the negative review: 1. Don't have enough staff 2. When they see a large line they don't care and Make customers wait instead of opening another teller 3. Staff are not properly trained on the essentials of great customer service. 4. Staff are not courteous and some are just rude. If I could give 1/2 star I would.

Closed inside. Really? You have no trouble taking in our money yet your service and fees stink. You will lose yet another customer to a smaller more personal bank.

It was a work day. Pay day. I went to this bank on my 30 minute break. They had 16 people in line waiting. Only two tellers working. At least one of them was polite. Actually too polite. When it was about to be my turn, I heard her talking. She was actually complementing one of the customer's daughter about how beautiful she was. After the customer was done with her deposits, there goes another 5 more minutes talking about how the baby was born and which prenatal care doctors she went to. Customer said the baby was actually born blah blah blah pounds and blah blah blah centimeters. She was like awwww how cute. More people started coming in. Then 5 more minutes pass as she was saying her final goodbye. Oh god, some old man yelled "Hurry the f*%# up!" I turned around and laughed. But I'm glad the old man spoke up. If it wasn't for him. I would've been more late than I was because of this long line two teller bank branch.

11 people on line and only one teller. There are no less than 5 managers doing nothing and not one pitches in to help. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. I went and opened an account at Chase. I unfortunately still have to use B of A because my landlord has an account here. I'm gonna see if I can get him to switch. I've been coming here for four years and it's always excruciating.
