Always have a bad experience at this branch, staff is slow and will do not go above a suggestion. I spoke with Arturo yesterday and was promised a callback by the end of the business day, I am not surprised I never got the callback.

I walked into the bank about 5 minutes after my wife. She was the only customer in the store. I looked around and found a teller sitting at her window hiding behind a poinsettia. While I waited for her, I noticed a total of 5 people working there.

They charge your business account 1% for cash deposit!!! BFA Charge fees in things suppose to be free, Top 500 fortune company they care less about small business.

I don’t understand how people gave one star to this Bank of America branch. We had great experiences here today. Elisa was friendly and professional. She helped us to open a checking account and apply for a credit card. The branch manager Jason was amazing. I will definitely recommend here to all my friends.

When I opened my business 6 years ago my accountant told me that B of A had the best accounts for businesses. Not true! 2 Tellers and 16 people in line, no Merchant Services at all! Not only that, I lost my business credit card and have been on the phone hours trying to report my card lost, the prompt asks me for my account number, the card is lost I only have the last 4 digits. The system won't default to asking if you want a representative and calling the non business side, as soon as they verify it's a business account, as I'm trying to explain, I am once again transferred back to the unhelpful, business queue to be put on the a system that where there Is Absolutely No Help! I'll go in and close my account's tomorrow!

I come here because it's closest to me. They are always understaffed and line is always to long. I normally bank with Chase and their lines in the area are always shorter. Seems to me the manager needs some work.

Been a fan of Bank of America for years. Also use it for all of my banking and business needs. Visited several BofA branches over the years and have to say that this is the worst branch I have ever visited. Have to use this since closed to me. What the negative review: 1. Don't have enough staff 2. When they see a large line they don't care and Make customers wait instead of opening another teller 3. Staff are not properly trained on the essentials of great customer service. 4. Staff are not courteous and some are just rude. If I could give 1/2 star I would.

You never know when they're open and when they're closed. Bank of America got so big. It looks like they didn't have to care about people who need to do business inside. It just added a ton of ATMs all over the place. ATMs don't always allow you to accomplish what you need to accomplish however.

Closed inside. Really? You have no trouble taking in our money yet your service and fees stink. You will lose yet another customer to a smaller more personal bank.

Terrible customer service. Reminds me why I never go inside this particular Bank of America. One teller working, while the other tells me "wait until I call you up". In the meantime 3 employees in suits doing nothing to assist the line that's getting bigger by the seond. Wow what happen to customer service.

The customer service at the Charter Oaks branch is horrible! I am never going back to this branch. The teller's name is Liz Loaiza (something like that), she has not customer service skills, she is rude and not helpful at all.
