“This guys are good. I brought back a battery that died and I couldn't find the receipt. I called and they say I do t need it and they can check it with the battery label. It turns out that my battery was still under warranty and the gave me a prorated price to get a new battery. Thank again for keeping your warranty promise.”

The techs Gerardo & Antonio very professional & tested everything involved & verified their findings with their techs & shared the findings with me & answered all my questions. After the car started right away & the techs continued the check the system to make sure it working without errors & said they would wait if I wanted to test drive. “Love getting my odds and ends for my vehicle at O'Reilly especially the hacienda heights location but not if I have to deal with Fernando. He is rude he acts as if he knows my car better than i do. He acts like he is being inconvenienced when I ask about a specific part or brand. Every other employee is very helpful and nice. I don't understand this guy's problem. I feel like its an issue because im a female. Thumbs down to Frenando.”
