“I cannot say enough nice things about Avalon Collision Center. My vehicle was taken here after a collision at my insurance company's recommendation. The repair did unfortunately take longer than expected due to parts shortages, but none of this was the fault of Avalon. The manager, Jennifer, gave me weekly progress updates and even called to explain certain issues that came up. Once the outstanding parts did come in, my vehicle was ready within 2 days.
