“Well I went back to rent a car at enterprise rent a car in Covina and I asked for Tracy and she was busy with a customer so I delt with someone else and he took the keys from me and then tried helping someone else at the same time he was trying to help me so after a few minutes go by someone else finished what the other guy trying to do? And then I saw Tracy saw free and told what happened? And that's why I deal with Tracy cause she is great at her job!!! I'm not picky but I just wanted to return the rental and pick up my truck from the shop and go to work and not be late for work!!!”

“What a wonderful experience! I must highlight Henry and Kelsie. I got in a bad accident before new years and had to rent a car the same day I got in an accident. I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me. She genuinely asked me how I was doing and checked in. She made the process great and ensured I only got charged for the days I had my car. Thank you so much Kelsie !”

“I had an outstanding experience with Budget Rent-a-Car, specifically at a location that's shared with Avis (1111 E Huntington Blvd). The customer service was truly excellent, with a receptionist who was absolutely lovely. Although the car I initially rented wasn't available, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to the minivan I had always wanted. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and added to the enjoyment of my family trip. I highly recommend this company for their great service and overall positive experience.”

I was looking to buy a car from Avis a month ago and the process and the service from the car sales people was less than pleasant. However, Alex the operator was the best. You'll be given a printout and an assurance that your vehicle will be washed and ready to go the day of your trip. Ignore the negative reviews saying there was trash everywhere. Simply not true. Also, some of the other negative reviews came from people who tried renting a vehicle that same day, rather than beforehand. Make an advanced reservation, pick up your car and drive off into the sunset!”

“We rented the 12 pass. Ford Transit for 6 of us to be comfortable on a 5 day trip to Sonoma wine country. We had a designated driver even though there was minimal wine tastings. The woman at the counter who handled the car pick-up was helpful and courteous. While the return process was efficient, the man handling the return didn't engage at all (he didn't even look at me). Despite this minor interaction, my overall experience with Avis Diamond Bar was great.”
