“On the day I picked up the rental car, Steven was very busy, and the waiting area was crowded with appointments and walk-ins. So although it took some time to get my rental, I had plenty of time to watch him work the Front Desk. He was polite, kind, professional, friendly, attentive to each individual customer, knowledgeable, a great multi-tasker, and above all of the loads of people flowing in and out of the Enterprise office that morning who needed something from him, he had loads of patience and had an even tone in his voice as he spoke to everyone he provided his services to.
There were many other Enterprise staff supporting this process (both at pick-up and return) who were efficient, kind, and professional, and ALL worked well together as a team. But Steven really stood out to me. I had a great experience with Enterprise at the Walnut office, and would definitely recommend this office.”

“We rented the 12 pass. Ford Transit for 6 of us to be comfortable on a 5 day trip to Sonoma wine country. We had a designated driver even though there was minimal wine tastings. Just a nice getaway after the last year of uncertainty. We couldn't be more pleased with Yale Car and will definitely do business with them in the future.”
“They don't carry large passenger vehicles (12 seaters) like it says on the company website but they're at least friendly about accommodating the situation.
Ended up with a 7 seater van and it was spotless inside. Quick and easy pick up and drop off.
Their system is a little dated with paper receipts but I guess that helps with the better pricing around the area.”

“Rented a Kia soul for a road trip. Staff was friendly and professional. Pickup and return of rental was pretty quick. Used my AAA discount and got a really good rate. My $200 deposit was returned right after I returned the vehicle. The employee said it can take a few days but for me it was instant on my credit card. This was my first time renting a car as I usually travel with my own but my car has too many miles on it and her road trip days are over. Ha. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!”
“I've rented cars from this location many times and have always had a good experience. Recently, I came to pick up my rental but they offered a car that I was not comfortable with. Priscilla was truly wonderful and advocated on my behalf with her manager to get a car that worked for me. I didn't even know she was working behind the scenes for me while I was stressing in the lobby! She went the extra mile, which is so rare these days. Thank you to the manager for listening to his employee, and, most importantly, thank you to Priscilla for giving me probably the best customer service ever!”

“Rented a vehicle from them & the experience was great, but when returning the vehicle on 7/22/26 there was an employee in the office that never acknowledged us. When the guy who works the front desk came in I said that - that employee was rude. Never acknowledged us, no hi, someone will be with you shorty, he went into the bathroom & was in there for a long minute. The guy at the front desk said, oh, he’s the one that cleans the vehicles. I said, ok, but he could’ve still acknowledged we were there & say someone will be with you shortly.”
