“I had a coolant leak and took my car to several different repair shops. Most of them told me I needed radiator hoses, a water pump, and several other repairs that would have ended up costing me a lot of money. Luckily, a friend recommended TK Repair and told me to ask for Kevin. I’m really glad I went. Kevin was extremely honest, straightforward, and transparent from the beginning. He quickly figured out what actually needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, and got me in and out quickly at a very reasonable price. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, but TK Repair definitely earned my trust. This is one of the most honest and transparent auto repair shops I’ve ever dealt with. I would highly recommend Kevin and TK Repair to anyone looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and honest work.”

“I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. My truck stopped running and I had TWO other mechanic shops look at it. One said it needed a new motor ($4500). The other shop said the motor was ok but needed a new transmission ($3500). I decided I needed a third opinion. Amir and his guys were able to fix the truck WITHOUT replacing the engine or transmission! They could have lied and charged me alot more but didn't. That speaks volumes about Amir and his work ethic. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.”

“I feel fortunate to have found Rene through a word-of-mouth recommendation from a close coworker. My car desperately needed major repairs, and I urgently wanted a second opinion after feeling that Car Pros Honda Service & Parts in El Monte, CA, had not been completely transparent with me about their diagnosis. When I brought my vehicle to Rene for a second opinion, he was transparent from the beginning. He took the time to physically show me the issues with my car and explain the necessary repairs and changes. This was something I had never experienced at the Honda service center. I truly appreciate Rene’s honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. The overall service was excellent, and I’m grateful to have found someone I can genuinely trust with my vehicle. Had I known about Rene sooner, I would have brought my car to him a long time ago. Highly recommended!”

“B&D is hands down one of the few shops I actually trust. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and fair pricing every single time. Never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or upsell me on things I don’t need. Hard to find places like that nowadays. Highly recommend”

“This guy rules. I needed a new flex pipe welded in, as well as some attention to the connection between the Y-pipe and the new catalytic converter I had previously self-installed. Marco allowed me to walk under the car with him and discuss what I thought it needed and to get his feedback. No upsells, he understood the car is 13 years old with 225k miles on it and I'm just trying to pass smog and get some more years out of it. He solved the connection problem and got the flex pipe welded in the same afternoon I brought it in. Fair price, fast and honest service. Always feels good when you find a shop like this.”

They even gave me a ride home I will always recommend Brian Wood.👌😇🙏”

“Word on the street was this was the place. We took our mini van to have the AC fixed. I spent a long time trying to figure it out and I got no where. We pulled up and within 2 min the tech knew what the problem was. Turned out the day it stopped working my wife remembered she hit something on the freeway. Well that’s why did it. The condenser had a hole in it. They ordered the parts and repaired it so fast. They will from now on on be the place I take my cars too. No pressure prices were good and their communication was awesome!!! 5 start all day”

“We have had our vehicles serviced at Glendora Import Specialists over the years. They have always done fantastic work at reasonable prices. Most recently, Kris went out of her way to give some advice and quotes needed for my vehicle with various options for repairs. The result was saving a significant amount for the repairs. She was more than helpful, transparent, and communicative with my options.”

“Fantastic mechanic, Elias is a true lifesaver. My family is going on vacation tomorrow up to Mammoth and towing our 5th wheel up there with us. Yesterday my rear driver's side brake caliper broke and I limped my way to Bishara Auto with minimal brakes and no appointment and just a hope that I could get in since Elias is such a busy guy. He squeaked me in and was able to replace my discs, the caliper, and give me new pads on both rear brakes. A true lifesaver. Thank you!”

“Gary and his son Anthony were wonderful to deal with. I came in with what I thought was a nail in my tire and it turned out to be a cracked rim. Needless to say they ensured me the problem was totally fixable and not to worry. They quickly fixed the rim and tire and I left a happy customer. They earned my future business and I will recommend anyone with car troubles to them from here on out.”

“I'm always hesitant to take my car somewhere new but I'm glad I took the chance. The previous place I went to said I needed to buy a new engine and stop driving my car immediately because it was beyond repair. I decided to get a second opinion here Aquiles let me know that I just had to get a new thermostat and that the light would go away and my car would stop turning off. Saved me a boat load of money and my car is running great. I can't stress it enough when you are honest with your costumers you build trust and they come back!!! I was already preparing myself to buy a new engine I'm so glad I found this place.”

“I have been taking my mother's Volvo to Sweden Volvo for several years. I'm very satisfied with his work. I used to take it to a Volvo dealer in Irvine but after it closed down, it was difficult to find another honest repair shop. The remaining Volvo dealers in Orange County left a lot to be desired and they didn't have the kind of quality personnel that Irvine had, so we were disappointed. Then I did research and found that Sweden Volvo had the highest ratings among the other Volvo repair shops, even in Orange County. I was impressed by Robert's honesty and his knowledge of Volvo automobiles. Robert is kind and always willing to explain the repairs he makes or that he proposes to make on your car in a very down to earth and understandable manner. I always feel comfortable because of his trustworthiness and congenialness.”

She kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect. Her attention to communication and customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated her professionalism and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others!”

“The most honest and hard working mechanic I have ever met right here. Many local mechanics have left me feeling cheated and swindled to the point I started to learn to do most of my own light to medium level repairs myself, but that doesn't mean I can do everything. After learning a good bit about cars, when I was forced to take my car in for a repair beyond my skill level, I noticed how often mechanics would spew utter nonsense to me about what was wrong with my car expecting that I wouldn't know what they were talking about and every one of them became aggressive when I questioned them.Montri has taken the time to educate me and show me with actual proof for me to see what is wrong with my vehicle every time. Within seconds of bringing your vehicle in, he will be there with a stethoscope isolating any bad noise coming from your vehicle and topping off your fluids for free as he goes around inspecting it. He is honest, hard-working, and above all does not have a greedy heart. I wont take my car to another mechanic as long as they are still in business, the family here is as good as they get in every sense. I cant say enough good things about this business because I never thought I'd be able to leave a mechanics smiling instead of crying again. Thank you so much to the family here and may your business prosper.”

“This place is highly recommended. My Cousin took his 61 bug for rewiring but really didn't need it at the time but instead they fixed every issue it had. Then he recommended my other Cousin to bring in his 65 bug with duel 44 Webbers that had nothing but problems. They did an amazing job with both bugs.”

“I had a great experience at this auto repair shop. They offer honest, reliable service, and their customer care really stands out. Prices are reasonable, which is always a relief. A huge bonus is their convenient location—easy to get in and out without dealing with heavy traffic. Plus, they’re just a quick 10 minute drive from Costco in Azusa, making it super easy to knock out errands after your car is serviced. Highly recommend!”

“After finding out my tire leak was actually caused by a cracked rim, I searched for the best rim repair shop I could find and I’m so glad I found this place! They were quick, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The repair was done professionally and without any hassle. On top of that, they give a warranty as well, which really shows they stand behind their work and gave me extra peace of mind. If you need reliable rim repair, I highly recommend them!”

“Absolutely love this place. They get you in and out for an oil change in a reasonable time! Well, at least the last five times I’ve gone that’s the timeframe I’ve had. No fuss or trying to sell you things you don’t need. I used to go to Valvoline, but even that was starting to take a little long and I started to find it annoying when they would try to push air filter sales.”

“Took my Ram 3.0 Ecodiesel in for water pump replacement. Very difficult job, but the team at Ratchet Head Garage took care of it for me, at the most affordable pricing around. Service used MOPAR parts, recommended other service, and provided pictures of warn parts. Ivan and Nico are a great team, and very honest mechanics. Highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs. You will not find a better shop. Definitely a return customer. Thank you”
