They initially estimated 4 days to do the job, but finished everything (including cleanup) in less than 3 days. Lisa is great about asking about your vision and giving you several options to achieve it. Luis does an excellent job going through the installation estimate with you, giving you different options, and making sure everything is clear before they proceed. “Westland just did about 2/3 of the floors in our house. We are very pleased! Steve was highly responsive to our needs. No pressure. He came out a couple times to measure and let us keep the samples for as long as we needed to pick the right product and color. The install crew was excellent! They were very professional and finished in about 3 days (we were told it would take a week). We have a lot of custom features and molding so it was not an easy install. They made sure we were happy with the placement and coloring. Look no further than Westland if you need to update your flooring.”
