Kind people offering wonderful hospitality and Delicious Mediterranean food. Open dining room with lots of space and light. The baba ganoush, hummus steak, rice and chicken. All amazing!! I highly recommend

It took literally 2 hours for my dinner order to be delivered. I declined it when it was finally brought out having had a few $20 cocktails and lost my appetite. The waitress was upset and sent over a male employee to challenge me. Overall a very unpleasant experience

Typical large venue for private parties. 1st time here - for a private event. Ran out of Sprite/ 7UP and no ginger ale ... but was nice enough to not charge me for a cup of ice and the last of the non-alcoholic / caffeine free beverage they did have! Didn't try the food due to no one asked me if I wanted any - and the people sitting next to me left & were gone over 10mins when their food finally showed up!
Entertainment was fun!

Love the place and staff!! They make you feel like at home and the owners are very welcoming and care deeply about their customers. Prices were very reasonable especially for the portions you are getting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very disappointing. Service and the food were terrible. Too much money for very low expectations. When complaining to the manager, he was out of control.

Came here a few weeks ago. Called in to see if they were open, they answered and said yes. Showed up, they was one table so we thought, cool...service should be great. Wrong, server came over and said cook wasn't ready yet, food would be about 45 mins. Ordered beer, only to find out they were expired. Server apologized and removed them from our bill and provided Stella instead which we weren't fans of but at least she tried to make it right. Food was good once it finally came. Wasn't pleased with the wait and overall ambiance. Place needs major updating, quicker and better customer service and it was freezing in there.

The worst Arabic restaurant and singing programs, their food tastes old and their meat smells rotten. They add a 30% service fee to the bill. They say the singing program will start at 10 p.m then begin at 11 p.m. and later. They say that there will be such and such a singer on this night, but no singer come that night. Their service are very poor and bad and there is no any respect for the customer. I do not advise you to visit this place (The Palace ) at all . There are many better and better ones. ุงุณูุฃ ู
