For longcare services don't take them here take them to Marqueen if you care about your pet. For what you pay and how the dogs are looked out for it's horrible here. It's more expensive but just take them to Marqueen instead. I think saying its night and day difference in quality is an understatement. Find the funds one way or another like I did if you care about your pet to take them to the other hospital.

Last night my sister lost her beautiful baby boy Yorkie Louis and Elizabeth one of their vet technicians was beyond helpful and compassionate. She even helped me make an impression of his paw so my sister could keep it with her. Thank you Elizabeth for showing our family love and compassion through this difficult time. God Bless you and thank you the staff for all your help through this difficult time.

my rottie recently passed away on August 6th at the emergency pet hospital in glendora. On the 5th late evening we were at the diamond bar hospital because I noticed glendora was busy and he needed to be seen as he was declining fast. The diamond bar hospital has always been useful but never a nice experience. They refused to test my dog without anesthesia because of his breed. They also had us pay for medication knowing he wouldnt live long enough to use it while saying only a specialist could tell us if it was best to let him go. We carried him to the car hoping he'd get back up after anesthesia wore off but he never did. He went in with energy and a few short hours later he was in much worse condition and could no longer walk.Sunday morning we took him to the emergency pet hospital of glendora on glendora Ave. They were so kind and gentle with him. The only question they asked is if I wanted his cremated remains back and I expected to only get that as I didn't ask any questions. The vet was very compassionate and informative. He also shared personal details to let us know he felt our pain. 2 days later I received a card in the mail signed from all the staff. They told me at least 2 weeks for his ashes back but I was notified this evening they were ready. They not only gave me his ashes, they added a beautiful wooden box with a lock and key, they did a pawprint and I was so sad I wouldn't have one! They included the forget me not packet of seeds which was absolutely beautiful and his certificate. This was wrapped so beautifully in bubble wrap and in a cute little bag inside of a handy bag. His name plate is perfect and they did an amazing job with my sweet boy. I'm so glad we made the decision to take him home and come here for his final moments. I highly recommend them for emergency use especially when it's to say goodbye. I've done this with the pets of many family and friends and never have I had such a beautiful experience in such a sad time.

I wish I could give Emergency Pet Hospital of Glendora ten stars, they were AMAZING in our time of need and continue to be above and beyond a month after our visit. Our 15 year old lab was unable to use her back legs and had stopped eating. It was a Sunday and we couldn't stand to watch her suffer any longer. We called the hospital and they told us to come in anytime. We arrived, and they brought out a gurney to transport her. They were so gentle and treated her with great care while handling her. They explained the process from start to finish, fees were discussed up front (and it was cheaper than our regular vet with an appointment!). They prepped our baby with her IV then let us back into the room where she was all snuggled in a beautiful quilt, and let us have as long as we needed before they administered the meds. We had 7 family members in the room and we all got to say our goodbyes and be with her as she passed. We weren't rushed, and the whole thing was much more peaceful and settling than the past time we had to put a pet down at our regular vet. They told us we could stay as long as we wanted and to let them know when we were ready to leave. Six days later, I received a call that her remains were read y to pick up. I was pleasantly surprised to see the care taken in the presentation and handling of our baby. We got a cedar box with her remains, a plaster cast of her paw print and a little stand to place it on. It was all wrapped in a gift bag with an engraved name tag attached. A few weeks later we received a condolence card. I have found a new vet for all of our other furry friends. We were all so impressed with the care and compassion that the staff showed toward our family and our beloved doggo.

I loved the Dr. here. Thank goodness I have PerDesk so he looked at my dogs labs that had just been done at her vet so we did t have to take more blood. Meds given and she felt better the next day! From reading every review on here about this hospital. I feel that people are using this hospital as an actual clinic when they don’t take their animals for regular pet care. This causes them to be backed up and not be able to help animals that have true emergencies.

Had a great experience with the doctor taking care of my Milo. He explained everything in simple terms and thoroughly. If only they were a routine vet clinic, would definitely choose them. It’s hard finding caring vets instead of ones that only see your pet as a dollar sign.

They would not let me in while they put down my pet even if I took precautions. They put their own alleged needs before their moral obligation to a dying animal. Who is to say how they treated my baby in his last moments. I will never know

We had a 15- or 16-year old chihuahua who we were just trying to keep comfortable in his old age. We couldn't keep him comfortable anymore for a couple of reasons, and he was in pain. Glendora Emergency Vet went above and beyond for an injured cat of ours a few years back (who's still going strong), so we choose to take our baby there today. They were so kind. They explained the process step by step and let us sit and hold him until he went to sleep. Most vets won't let you do that anymore and that's one of the reasons we came here.Glendora Emergency Vet was once again kind and understand, and they actually care. Most don't anymore.

Our cat Chevy was badly injured. They were the only opened pet care facility. No waiting. They took him right away. They came out to take us to a private office to tell us about Chevy's injuries. They fixed him all up. Then, I made an appointment for a follow-up. After that appointment They still needed to check him again. After all the appointments, I asked about payment for all the follow-up appointments. To my surprise, they were all included in my initial payment! This pet care facility is amazing how much they care about animals.

This place literally saved my labradoodles life, Timothy Young was the vet in at the time and when I tell you he did everything he could to save my dog's life I truly mean that. You can tell when someone truly loves what they do, the staff was very kind and professional, the communication was a solid 10/10, the location was very clean and organized. I was getting updates on my dog twice a day from the Vet. She is now fully recovered and living her best life, I owe this place my sanity. They truly have a huge heart at this location they did everything in their power to help me get my puppy through surgery and recovery, trust me when I tell you your dogs are in GREAT hands at this location. Thank you so much to all the staff and Timothy Young for all your help! I am truly so thankful!

I'm so thankful for the staff here! Our poor little puppers had to go in one night, unfortunately. This is the type of place that you are so thankful for, but at the same time hate having to need them. They were so good to our baby! The only drawback was that they took our pet from us to do the exam. That makes me so nervous. The staff was amazing though. Just some of the sweetest people. They have our puppers meds to get us to the next day to call his vet and get an emergency appointment. We couldn't have asked for a better emergency experience. We are so thankful for them
