👎I was charge $15 to get may bangs cut.. .horrable job
She cut them way to short she never used a comb to make sure the line at the back of the bangs was streight
.....I guess you get what you pay for BY THE NAME of the place👎👎

I came in for a reshaping of my hair from a disastrous cut 5 days ago from another salon.
I was so nervous to get it done that it will be an awry. Dolores was understanding and kind to explain to resolve this haircut situation?!
All i can say is Dolores was awesome and she was totally beyond my expectations of how she turned around a disastrous and disappointing haircut from that other salon!

This review is for Bobbi. She is simply amazing. It has been about 5 years since my last hair cut. I have a great amount of anxiety and I finally decided to just walk in and get a hair cut. I wasn’t nervous about the actual cut. Just being in an unfamiliar place for an extended period of time. She was the first stylist available. I explained to her that I have a lot of anxiety and she didn’t even bat an eye. She was kind enough to ask what temperature I wanted for the hair wash (extra cold! Helps my anxiety!) and a few times during the cut she cold fanned me with her blow dryer. Once we got to talking I calmed down a lot. She’s a sweetheart. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered!

The staff are very sweet and skilled here. You can always ask a hairdresser what days and hours they work if you'd like to book with a specific stylist. I tend to do walk-ins on random days and times and very rarely need to wait more than 15 minutes. From my experience, it is best to bring a reference photo or spend the time with your stylist discussing the style you want because whatever you visualize needs to be clear to them as well. I haven't had a bad haircut, but it can shorten your time spent in the chair if you can provide a photo on your phone as reference

My mom and I needed a trim and we just happened to pick this place and walked in. Leo & Marcy were available and I tell you these girls are amazing at making you feel comfortable and at ease and they know what they are doing!!!! They didn’t try to talk us into anything more than just a trim to take away all the fried up ends. We came out satisfied and our heads felt just like new and fresh. They made 2 new clients I plan to come to them from now on!!! Thank you so much we are so happy with the results!!!!

I took my adult son with autism to get his haircut at this salon. Marcie was so friendly, and treated my son with such patience, kindness, and respect! He got a great haircut and beard trim! I highly recommend the Glendora location!
