“Went in today to pick up an online order. We had got some merch of one of our fave movies Beetlejuice. While looking around we were greeted by Alyssa. Omgsh she's the sweetest person I've met at this location. She is so helpful and answered all my questions. Alyssa really had a great personality and made our night. I really want to take a moment to say Thank you for just being you. ? Oh and this boxlunch is great. Always stocked and neat. I love this store but my wallet doesn't lol”

“I've ordered from this location several times and decided to pay a visit as I was passing through California. I'm so glad I did. I was able to purchase a Hangyodon plush in person. This store has every character in stock with the exception of Usahana. She seems to sell out quickly. They are an officially licensed Sanrio store so you know you will also be purchasing items from Japan as well. This is one of the few Sanrio stores that is super organized and very easy to shop. Glad we made the visit.”

“Great place to get Ionized Alkaline water. You can go up to 11.5ph.This place has been in the water business for years and has the experience needed. Most places use filters to make Alkaline water. This place has $5,000 Ionizers that make Ionized Alkaline water. Big difference. At $1 per gallon, that’s cheap compared to $1.50-$2.00 for filter made Alkaline water instead of Ionized.”

“Such a cute fun store--a real gem in the city of Monrovia! I always find something new every time I come in here. I often need a gift and this is the first place I come. So many beautiful pieces of jewelry, wonderful candles, great table decor. I can always find what I need at Charlie's house. Kristin is kind and thoughtful and will help you find the perfect gift. You can find special gifts here that you can't find anywhere else and the prices are great!”

“So this store has a great selection of anime figures. The down side is that they are rather pricey. Although they are pricey it's not as bad as other stores I've gone too were figures are $50+ their normal price. The staff there is friendly. They have alot of cute plushies aswell. If for some reason you can't find a specific figure in hot topic, box lunch or any other authorized anime merch retailer then this place is definitely worth checking out. Yes it's pricey but not as bad as other places.”

“Visited on 08/20/22. Located inside the West Covina Plaza Mall, this place is literally every child's dream. Very small area inside but a lot of anime plushies, stationary kits, etc. I was surprised that I saw Torchic plushies (2 of them). One had plastic and the other one didn't (sample view?). Very cute and huge but overpriced in my opinion ($35 per Torchic). Overall 4/5.”
