Updated - The construction has been completed and the lobby is nice a spacious. Large windows and tables for folks to work. There are limited power outlets though.The staff is a lot better compared to my first visit. They've made a lot of improvements since then and it shows.

Let me tell you about the most amazing employee, Greg.Him alone is why I give this dealership 5 stars. He was the most helpful and considerate employee and made buying a car enjoyable in the end :) He kept in contact after leaving the dealership and because of him I came back and bought my beautiful 2023 Santa Fe. My family loves the car and seeing my 3 year old so happy is worth all the car buying time. Please please ask for Greg if you go to this location, he truly cares and will take care of you the best. We purchased an IONIQ 5 and the customer service was EXCELLENT! The General Manager, Michael Erickson, was super friendly, honest, and professional. You can tell that he emphasizes customer focus with his sales team. We really liked how they were open about what they could and could not do in putting together the deal. Compared to the other Hyundai dealerships we have visited, this was a very positive experience. We highly recommend CardinaleWay in GLENDORA .

I took my car to be serviced today. I have ALWAYS taken my car here as well as purchased and leased my cars. I have always received free oil changes for all of my cars. When I leased my current car I was adamant that I continue to receive free oil for the two year lease. Yes. Of course. I was assured. Well not true evidently. I was charged today because I was told I only got four free changes. Hmmm. I explained to the service guy that this was part of my lease and he said sorry you'll have to talk to the business department. I ended up paying (again because Ive always trusted them) and not causing an issue. Kinda disappointed to say the least. Gave three stars for quick service and a car wash. The kid at the desk was nice too.

We stopped by here on accident glad we did with exceptional service these guys shot us a deal on a Great vehicle wifey very happy. The sales team Thanks Eric from sales and sales manager Joe Delgado for treating us like family. Very good experience highly recommend this place. No pressure just great service

I was looking forward to purchasing a new car and so I was recommended to Tee by a friend of mine who said he treated her so well and got her what she needed. Tee was very much a sweetheart, super caring, and a great seller, definitely sold me the car the way he explained everything. He was definitely supporting me 100% like he was shopping for him self, super amazing! & then I met Gabby and she was super sweet and explained everything very well and professionally I loved it! I’m so glad I came around them both my experience was definitely 10/10❣️

This review is only for the service department and the experience we had with a warranty repairs.Make an appointment online for service repairs, they had pretty good availability and we were able to get in with in a few days. Brought it in early morning 1st appointment, this was key to short wait time. It took them 3 hours to complete the warranty repairs. The waiting room was very nice, clean and modern. Service stafff was nice and friendly. The work was done quickly and efficiently.Whole service experience was superb!

Horrible experience, Aaron Acevedo if you don't like your job then why are you working there. Nobody needs your negative energy. I informed manager of his bad service and he just apologized, but nothing was done. Aaron Acevedo had a bad attitude, unfortunately he had to continue helping me, I was informed over the phone that there was a discounted price for brake service so I was expected that price when I arrived and Aaron said unless I have a coupon he can't honor the discount. Which was not informed to me when I spoke to a representative over the phone. Aaron was very un-helpful and careless, so I asked to speak to manager he kindly said he can print the coupon on the website , which I expected Aaron could've done in the first place but no, he had to waist my time. Long story short , he never messaged, courtesy follow up, nothing , I waited up to 5 hours for brake service and oil change, and I had an appt at 8:20 am. That is unheard of for me . The only reason why I found out how long my wait was , was because I had to keep asking. No customer service.

After narrowing down a list of sub-compact vehicles, I decided to reach out to Cardinale Hyundai of Glendora and had the pleasure of working with Eric.From the first phone call alone, Eric Sanchez was very patient, throughly listened and paid attention to what we were looking for. Never condescending and never pushy. We came in one afternoon and he was very gracious with his time showing us different trim levels for the Kona. He never checked if we were comfortable with the price before showing us a vehicle. I really liked that about him. It shows respect. (Of course we were only going to look at cars that we were comfortable getting.) But don’t you just hate when car sales people do that?Then it was time to go through numbers, I would check in and schedule your visit with sales managers they recommend.Anyway, we did have some hiccups, to no fault of probably the kindest finance guy I’ve ever met, Jason Arrington!?? But it was quickly resolved and made right by their amazing finance director Robert Chong.After all that the deal was fair and we love our 2024 Kona SEL. If you work with the right folks at this dealership, you’ll be in great hands!Oh they even got us coffees and got my daughter a cupcake! Very nice touch!

I took my car in for an oil change. I usually dislike coming here, because the wait is longer and not as friendly as Corona Hyundai. When I picked up my car I noticed dozens of engrained scratches in the left corner of my windshield where my previous service sticker used to be (I have an expensive clear ceramic film to resist UV/heat on my windshield as I am a home healthcare worker and spend hours in my car daily). The service guy confirmed he used a blade to try to remove the sticker. Robert (I'm assuming service manager) was very unapologetic and told me someone would get back to me on the cost of the damages. I've tried to call. No one has reached out to me. Very unprofessional. Now every time I'm driving I'm reminded of this. It will cost me hundreds to replace the film.

3 stars only because of their service department. Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here. The service department definitely deserves one star. Had a 720am appointment to have my sunroof fixed. They told me the car should be done by that same afternoon. I received a call later that day that they were not able to get to it and wanted to keep it another day. This part was not great but fine. I get it delays happen. However, the next day I called in the early afternoon to ask for an update, they said the person I needed to talk to was unavailable and they would have him call me back. A few hours later I hadn't gotten a call so I called back and had the same thing happen, was told he would get back to me but couldn't talk right now. Towards the end of the day I called back, the person was still unavailable. I told the person I was speaking with that I would be coming to get my vehicle since I needed it the following day. I arrive at the dealership about an hour later to find out the service department is closed!!! Thankfully the sales manager went out of his way to help me get my vehicle so I was able to take it home. Doesn't even look like they have started any work on my car and there is a new small scratch on my dash. Overall horrible communication and horrible experience.

Great selection, will go out of their way to ensure you obtain the vehicle of your choice. Salesperson was very patient and accommodating to my schedule and need’s during this transaction. I definitely would recommend 100 times over.
