I feel bad for the employees working under the manager Carrie. Unfortunately she can’t be fired because of a legal dispute between her and the owner that she agreed not to press charges on. Meaning she can get away with anything, from her general rudeness to racist remarks towards customers. Don’t bother complaining because the owner doesn’t care, nor will they respond. Sad to see a business conducted this way, the locals have some choice words about her. This location is worth missing out on.

Decent to grab some drinks from, *unless* the older daytime lady is there. I dont know what her issue is, but she is incredibly rude and will be combative if you do anything more than pick your drink and leave (ie ask questions / want to exchange a mixup drink). She sucks the life and soul out of the place, and
If she's on register, I recommend going to literally any other place for your drinks.

Awful morning cashier lady, rude and unfriendly. If the blonde woman is behind the counter, it’s best to go down the street to a different store. She cannot be fired due to a long standing deal with the owner so she doesn’t have to care about peoples complaints. They struggle to find employees who can work with her for more than a few weeks! Unfortunately this store won’t be free until father time finally claims that snaggletooth crone. Here’s to hoping!

Omg! I had the worst experience here. So I bought water and a bucket of chamoy . Before I bought it I asked the person if the thing was expired , he looked and laughed and said i guess they don’t expire. I also slightly lifted the lid to make sure the seal was not broken . As soon as I went next door to the laundry mat , I was finally able to find the expiration and so I went back in and kindly showed him and he agreed for me to check for a non expired one but as soon as I walked towards the chamoy he yelled at me out loud and said well remember you did open it in front of me so I’ll give you your money back and you can leave and not come back. I was in wow and I asked him why he was lying? I told him I don’t owe an explanation for the reason I slightly look to make sure I’m safe buying a 7.99 bucket that’s sealed. He said no you opened it . Now with that attitude I’m going to report this store to BBB and I take this seriously. I then asked for the owner and got George but no number cause he refused . He knows well that was not ok . George please if you are reading this , if you take a look at the camera , not only was he completely lying but screaming his lungs out . He should not be working if he has a bipolar disorder . He went from 0 to 10. I don’t deserve this kind of treatment . I’m next door every week and once in a while shop here but I will no longer waste money here and believe my word George I’m reporting this if I don’t get a sincere apology. We both know expired items should be off shelf . I’m kind enough to forgive this but I want a personal apology from this same man and I’ll let it go but if not you will hear from BBB .

She went out of her way to find the Blue Raspberry Vodka and I'm impressed because every one else told me it was discontinued. I've been shopping at H & H Liquor store for over 50 years and so has the rest of my friends and family. I will continue to shop there. Always a surprise and if you don't see what you're looking for ask for it and I'm sure she'll find it for you

It says on google they open at 800am but I was there at 8.00 and the guy didn’t come til 900 and made me wait an additional 15 minutes that is unbelievable unacceptable and not ok everyday they never open in time and this place is expensive and not convenient at all they need to higher some trustworthy and on time employees

Wow just wow. I know it's a convince store which means your going to pay a little more for the convinces but 7 dollars more a 12 pack cost me 23 dollars on the high side. They charge me 27 dollar for a 12 pack of twisted tea. I will be conveniently be going else where

If I could do 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this place if you are an person of COLOR. While standing in line the cashier was chatting up with a white woman and when it came to me, I greeted him nicely, and he did not greet me back and just looked at me and took my item. Then on the way out he muffled thank you as if he really didn't want to say it. I will not be giving this RACIST store front any of my money no more.
