Shopping at Home Depot and attempting to find assistance, is the absolute worst experience EVERY time I enter the store. Three times now I’ve awaited promised assistance that’s NEVER come. I’m left standing alone in an aisle for over 20-minutes before I leave the store practically in tears! One time I asked to speak to a manager, and all I got was, “I’m sorry. That shouldn’t have happened.” Then he just stared at me, and HE didn’t even offer to help! Nothing. What the heck is wrong with you people?! The store and staff, other than the cashiers or those who help with self-checkout, are horribly inadequate.

Jennifer, who works at the paint center, is an angel! That woman deserves a raise. She's kind, helpful and knowledgeable. A great example for the way costumer service should be. She answered all my questions about what types of paints I could use to paint my grandmother's mobile home wood panel walls, to help me make an informed decision. She also made sure I had the correct paint rollers and other supplies. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next paint project!

Hector in the lumber department was extremely helpful last weekend. We're building a chicken coop and he helped us gather and load everything we needed. He stayed with us the whole time making sure we got everything we needed and checking our shopping list.

Great rep help w/return item quickly & easily. Then, helped me chose self-defense item: spray paint vs wasp/hornet spray. Got the hornet spray. Very engaging young rep. Impressed

Asked a girl in the nursery about a plant. She replied "I have no idea" and continued doing what she was doing with zero eye contact. The only reason they got three stars was cause I asked someone else who was over the top friendly and helpful

Lack of customer service and just a rude and unprofessional attitude from the employees in the appliance dept. Sorry to have bothered you to do the job you get paid for.I should’ve believed others I know when they said this particular location was horrible lesson learned .Although this location is close to my residence I won’t be back in the future.

I used to like shopping for hardware here but not anymore. But it's a monopoly on hardware. Pretty much the only place to purchase anything you need for repairing things around the house. Very pricey, just like everything nowadays
