Always rude person whom ever is running the place. I gave him benefit of the doubt and asked a different time on service and same rude response.

I take my car to Hoyo tires. This business has been around for over 20 years. I always take my car there. They are a family business and every time I take my car they treat me like family. They are down to earth people, honest and always willing to give you options on the service they are about to perform. They always care about my issues with all the cars I take. I have seen other prices in the area and they have reasonable prices compared to others. Oil changes are done quickly and at a great price. Don't worry about other people's reviews. Check this place out for yourself. You will not regret it. Thank you Hoyo tires for taking care of my cars.

I have been going there for 10 years and receive such great excellent care from the original owner and now his son has fully taken over for the past couple years and today was the straw that broke the camels back. Never have I ever receive such poor service poor communication and professional procedure followed by an auto repair place ever. The guy wanted to charge four times the amount for a diagnostic fee that was never communicated in an estimate or any formal paperwork when receiving a vehicle from a tow and then try to charge it on the backend. Then one question how this price came about he said forget it I won't charge you I want to end this relationship and ask you never to come back. Does he realize that he just lost business and that others will stop coming as a result of his unprofessionalism? Don't go here people!!!!!

Shady. Up-charged me from their advertised price because I have an "SUV". Actually my compact car uses the same drive train oil capacity as a Toyota corolla. They were incredibly rude when I brought this up and refused to discuss their pricing further.

Hoyos is a great auto service shop. My dad only goes to him. He recommended this place to me I have been going here for over 5 years my whole goes to him now down to my husband and I always recommend my friends this shop as well. My dad retired from driving and gifted his truck to my 18 year old son and now he goes here too. I used to go to Honda for my oil change I rather go here. It seems my car does better after they change it . Ruben is very honest and good conversationalist. We have some great laughs. And his helper is super sweet and knows a great job. Check them out! You won't regret it! Take my word

STAY AWAY! Came to Hoyo Auto to buy 3 used tires. I purchased 3 tires on 08/26/2019 from Ruben and as I'm waiting for him to complete the job he calls me over and asks if he can show me something real quick. I walk over to the tire changer and he shows me that my tire pressure sensor is cracked! (Photos of this provided) he then proceeds to tell me that whoever worked on my tires last (Mike's Tires, up the street) are the ones responsible for the damage and that he is showing it to me so he doesnt get blamed because in the past he has had issues with this. This alone is already a major sign that something is not right. He then starts giving me a mini training session about the correct and incorrect way to change the tire and what the other guys must have done to break my sensor. At this point he's trying to convince me that he did everything the right way and it was already like that. I take his word for it and ask to take photos of the sensor as it was on the clamp. He then finishes replacing 3 of my tires and proceeded to check them with water and mini computer to check the sensors on tires. I pay him cash and leave for the day. As I'm driving home my tire pressure indicator is now flashing on my dashboard! At this point I knew he was lying to me about breaking the sensor. I had been driving my car for months with no issues. All of a sudden I come to his shop he tells me my sensor is already broken and when I leave my indicator is now flashing! I immediately head back to the shop but at this point it was closed. Online said they close at 6pm I arrived around 515pm and they were closed up for the day. First thing in the morning today, 08/27/2019, I head down to his shop and request a receipt for the purchase I had made the day before for the 3 used tires. He tells me " for 2 tires right?" I say no it was 3. He then makes my receipt and writes a note on it saying (photo also provided) "1 tire showed signs of damage from previous" After he gives me the receipt I bring up the issue of the broken sensor to him and he then says how he wrote a note on my receipt about it. I tell him how everything was fine until I left his shop and how I've been driving it for months and havent had an issue. All of a sudden after he points out that it's broken and leave his shop im having issues with my sensor! He then tries to argue with me saying that it was already broken and he might have given it the little push it needed to completely break. Basically saying that the broken sensor was teetering on the verge of it going off on my display and by him touching the tire that's the pressure it needed for the sensor to go off! He then tells me that it doesn't make sense to me because I dont understand the "science" behind it. He then gives me an example using the Mason jar full of candy on his desk and tells me if the bottom of the jar is broken and I lift it up and all the candy falls out it doesnt mean hes the one who broke it. WHAT?! is he trying to convince a 5 year old?! I told him that's not how this works. I tell him it was fine before I came to his shop now that I leave it's broken and my car is telling me its broken therefore he broke it. As he stared at me with his speechless face his exact response to me was "take me to court." Not to mention one of the tires I bought from Ruben is already flat in less than 24 hours! TERRIBLE BUSINESS MAN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY.

RUBEN Is not a trustworthy guy. You will leave with your car in worst condition. He is a liar and will scam you. Do NOT go to this auto shop. I honestly believe the other "5" star reviews on this yelp page are FAKE. He had to have got relatives or friends to leave reviews because he is not an honest person. Do not support this auto shop. DO NOT TRUST RUBEN. I am never going back.
