We contacted Larissa the owner of the company and visited her office. We hit it off well the first moment and she asked us about our flooring project. We wanted to put laminate flooring throughout the house except for the bedrooms. She showed us samples of the flooring that would go with the color shades we were working with. On the day of installation, her installer Juan and his crew laid the laminate flooring and ceramic tile in our guest bathroom in one day. They were very professional and respectful toward us and our home. Larissa followed up with us and we told her we were very happy and satisfied with the work.We highly recommend J &L Innovative Flooring for any flooring project

We highly recommend Larissa and her skilled team. Larissa went above and beyond to help us select the right flooring replacements. Her team not only flawlessly installed our new flooring and baseboards, they also found and installed matching door casings that needed replacement in our 1962 home. Larissa was great! She listened and helped me narrow down choices so I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed.She was knowledgeable as to rhetoric product. I gave her my concerns and she knew exactly what to show me.The installation went smoothly. Victor and Jose were prompt, efficient and professional.I will be using them again for my next project and highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time within a year I used J&L for a flooring project, which involved the demo of the kitchen tile floor and replacing it with luxury vinyl planks (LVP). Additionally, the carpet in the adjoining living room was also replaced with the LVP. Larissa was a pleasure to work with. She responds to all my questions via text and usually within 10 minutes. The project was completed within the time frame estimated and the material and workmanship were top notch. The installers did a wonderful job and cleaned up well afterwards. I would recommend J & L to anyone who’s looking for an honest and dependable flooring contractor, who also works within your budget. Thank you Larissa and your team for doing excellent work in your specialized field.

We used J&L Innovative Flooring in our townhouse, new floating vinyl floor downstairs and carpet on stairway and bedrooms, and baseboards throughout. From our first consultation with Larissa to the work with Daniel and Jose and crews, the entire experience was first class! I do not believe we could have found a better company, but more importantly, better people. All were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. Everything met and exceeded our expectation. It truly feels like a brand new home. We used various trades during our remodel, and all were great, but Larissa and crew were the best! Do yourself a favor and consult with J&L before you decide. It's great to use a local trade as well.
