Front desk staff is barely a hair less than rude. They are not helpful. Wait for an early morning walk in was not terrible. Actual lab work went well.

The staff is extreme rude. If your trying to walk in you will wait for at least 5 hours. I will not recommend coming to this facility.

I went in without an appointment and waited roughly 20 minutes, although it felt much shorter! The staff is friendly and efficient. Make sure to checkin at the kiosk when you arrive, and have your lab paperwork and insurance card ready to present when they call you to the window to ensure everything goes smoothly. :)

Offices never open. After waiting on line for 20 minutes they hang up on you. Not very good business.

Way too understaffed. The staff is ok, just not enough. Plan on waiting for over an hour without an appointment.

Better 10x over Quest labs. I've been to both and Lab Corp is far superior. Great staff and cleaner.

At Glendora Labcorp on Grand, there can be a long wait time if you don't have an appointment but that's not the reason for my low rating. While waiting for my mom to be called for lab work, I couldn't help but notice the way the receptionist was treating people! Very rude, condescending and ZERO patience for the elderly and those who didn't speak such good English. Very hard thing to watch.

LabCorp in the city of a Glendora off on Grand is really great there. You don't need a appointment , can walk in and it takes less than 15 minutes to get in. The customer service is really friendly they don't stick you couple of time before they find your vain and leave your bruises. They know exactly what you're doing. The service is great go there.

Short wait time... better than the one in Covina where the line was huge. The phlebotomist was friendly and careful, but the staff at the front desk was awful. They’ve got an attitude, especially the blonde one with tattoos.

Lab Corp is notoriously the mose unsanitary, un professional, lab I have ever been to. United healthcare/Optum needs to drop them or mandate a change. Take example of Kaiser, usc,.or any other reputable hospital type environment.

I had a great experience. I made an appointment for 12:15 p.m. and I was out of there by 12:35 p.m. the staff were very nice.

I got to the place at open time at 7a. Unfortunately, I still didn't get seen until 10:15 am. They only had one person registering patients and 2 phlebotomist. Also the wait set up is horrible. No space for waiting. Only like 4 chairs then a small room down the hall that allows maybe like 6 others. Then the rest of people just line up down the hallway. Not practical. I give 3 stars because the staff is nice and kind.
