Not worth coming here. Constantly changing with nail techs. If it wasn’t for Gina, we would never even come. After giving them our service for close to 13 years today My mom went in with an appointment and because she was five minutes late they wouldn’t take her. After we’ve had appointment in the past and have waited up to a half an hour because they try to squeeze in as many people as they can. Not going to give anybody my money who doesn’t appreciate loyal customers.

First time coming to l nail spa since my nail place shut down in Azusa but let me tell you Gina Omgosh!!!!!! I had a pedicure by Gina and let me tell you she knows what she is doing!!!! The massage on my foot and legs left me mesmerized lol I will definitely come back place really clean and workers really kind super relaxing

Second time I went into the salon. It was a horrible job at technician name, Michael he put the hard gel. It was so lumpy and wavy I wanted an almond shape, and every single nail was different sizes not professional.

I got my nails done(acrylic) which costed me $90 with tip and immediately the next day Monday my left pointer finger started lifting pretty bad. I came in today and explained that I had just gotten them done Sunday and they tried to say I got them done a week ago and that they began to hassle me. I had no issues with the original nail artist but I was/am peeved about the pointer finger lifting so bad and my right thumb nail was lifting on the side. The nail artist who fixed my nails today was hassling me about the nails and tried to use nail glue to fix the gap between my acrylic and natural nail, it didn’t fix the issue and she was pushing me to say that it’s ok until the manager came by and told her it was a still a gap. So the nail artist redid my nail very messily, no concern to fix the problem and was rushing me and practically wanting to me leave. She didn’t want to fix the new nail I asked to redo properly and left the bottom side very jagged. I’m disappointed in the customer service and upset that my nails were lifting just a day and a half, especially with the price. The original nail artist Karen I believe was very sweet and kind, just upset about the way the other nail artist handled the situation and how she left my nail.

Came to get my nails done with my sister on Sunday I got gel x she got acrylics. It took a really long time and the next day she noticed two of her nails were lifting I told her to go in and get the fix.
Turns out they were rude and hassled her about fixing them, I think it’s really unprofessional and in bad faith to not fix two nails that started lifting the next day clearly she wasn’t responsible when she noticed it lifting in less then 24 hours.

Regular nail color old ... very thick ... lots of bubbles... they removed gel on nails but still have traces of gel ... nails not smooth. And they charge $5 extra to remove the gel. Not returning.

Me and my mom went to get a last minute pedi, the staff was very nice, I didn't mind waiting even when I had an appointment but when my pedicure started the salon was using those cheese grater callus remover and she cut the side of my foot and didn't even realized until I pointed out I was bleeding. It was at the side of my foot I wouldn't even have callus there. Not to mention those cheese grater callus remover are not legally allowed in California. I hope they at least clean those properly so I do not get infected.

Fungus... I never EVER thought I would ever get fungus on my toenail. Around Christmas time I went in with my sister, I wanted to give her a nice gift by getting her pampered with a deluxe pedi. We both got deluxe pedicures, a month later we noticed fungus growing on our left toenails. I'm so disappointed in this place now! This was honestly my favorite place to go to every other month. I would think they would at least keep their equipment clean and sanitized. Now we have to get treatment for this and see if it even will go away.
