I have been renting from Low Cost Storage for about six (6) months. I am very satisfied with the staff and my storage unit. The lot is clean, and there is ample space to drive up to each unit. The office staff is outstanding and I appreciate all of their help with getting my storage unit rented to me. If you need a good storage location, with good staff and reasonable prices, Low Cost Storage is an excellent choice.

Well it's not the lastest or greatest in storage unit rental facilities all units are brick made no alarms n narrow units access gates look like their not going to hold up much longer it's fine it the items are not of much valve Xmas decor furniture etc. Hours are short 7am-6pm no access at all on holidays

This place is a dive. Sometimes I drive down the aisle to get to my unit and there's soo many people its like navigating a mine field. I have had a couple occasions where people don't want to move their stuff in order for you to get by and you end up in an argument with them. I once saw a guy driving thru who yelled at someone for having their stuff in the way, then he moved it for him and he hit another vehicle trying to get around that persons stuff and he yelled at that person too. Dealing with the girl that works in the office is a hassle too. She's rude and has an air of superiority. She needs to work on accommodating the people who rent there. If I need to ask her a question I feel like I'm bothering her. Doug the site manager is a nice guy. Its too bad he isn't there more often. There are homeless here, probably a little more than the usual storage facility.

I am shocked on how the owners don't see or don't care what goes on here. I rent from them and this place is full of homeless druggies they even have some who live inside there storage unit if there not living there they just hang around. There is junk down the aisle. How do they allow this!? Mind you they have someone sitting in there office the whole time. I don't even feel comfortable opening/putting things in my storage showing what I have in there. Im currently looking for a new storage and once I find one I am out of this place!
