I would like to recognize how great Metro Transmission is! Anytime I’ve had an issue with my vehicles they come to the rescue! They are extremely professional and have exceptional customer service! They always keep me updated while my vehicle is in service. They are trustworthy and reliable!

Car was there two different times and both times I got my car back something else was wrong other then what they were supposed to be fixing! Both times my car went in for transmission issues why did I get my car back looking like kids were eating in my car trash and all kinds of food were found all over my 4 yr old doesn’t even leave my car looking the way they left it and my speakers were blown out there should’ve been no reason my car was being use to chill in if it was supposed to be getting the transmission fixed very upset they are lucky Carmax sent my car there because if not I wouldn’t have taken my car back

Great customer service, courteous and professional. Jaime and his staff did a fantastic job on my Cadillac ATS. I'm very happy with the work, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with their cars transmission. They rebuilt and programed the transmission for my car at a fair price and in a timely manner. John L.

How they even have 4 stars must be fake people! They crashed my car while they had it didn't even bother fixing it right they scratched my whole hood trying to fix there damage causing it to be repainted completely broke my head light and fog light didn't even bother replacing that supposedly fixed my trans and trans box and it's worse! I can't drive my car ! If you want ur car completely fxckd take it to them they do a great job at getting that done!
