Terrible customer service. I too used Azusa CVS and was transferred here. The pharmacy has terrible customer service and I have been at several other CVS and this is the worst one and I am considering moving to either Walmart or walgreens. Also no driving thru.

I turned in a prescription for my son and was told it would be an hour to fill, and it would be ready at 11:30. No problem, I go run errands and I come back at 12:00, 30 minutes after I was told to return. I waited in the long line only to be told it wasn't ready and it would be 25 more minutes. In hindsight, I should have just said ok, but I was frustrated that it was still not ready. How hard is it to count out 30 pills... with a machine that does it?! Seriously, it isn't a special formulation or anything. I am sitting there watching the pharmacist stare at a screen for 20 minutes. She is moving SO slow. Jeez Louise. Look, I can handle waiting. But I have arranged my schedule and my day around their time frame. If it is going to be 2 hours, cool, tell me 2 hours. No one wants to be told an hour and then have to wait another hour. So, after 2 hours, my prescription was finally ready, and I was asked to stand in line AGAIN. I get up to the register, and now they want my ID. After 3 years of giving my son this medicine, I have never been carded one time for pick up. I go to show her my phone wallet ID (THAT WORKS AT THE AIRPORT!), and she won't take it. I ask (admittedly with a bad word and attitude) why I need an ID for my son's medication, and she says, with eyeroll and attitude, "It is a narcodic." O.K. gatekeeper, I just want to leave this god forsaken store. But nooooo, I am at her mercy because my child needs that medicine...I have to go to my car and get my ID and get back in line and wait AGAIN, third time's a charm I hope. I was upset and frustrated, and instead of, "I know it frustrating," or "thank you for going to get that," zI was met with high voiced condensation like I am a 3 year old. Next, as she tried to explain to me the rules (since I am new to her store), I told her to stop, and I would not be back. I'm just a mom, trying to get her kid his meds. I am not a criminal with a drug addiction out trying to make Meth with 30 pills for a 10 year old. CVS... good luck. I am OUT. This is ridiculous. I feel like you can waste your energy on more important things.

I was transferred to this pharmacy in Glendora when the Azusa store closed. I used the Azusa store because it was Union and the Pharmacy staff had the best customer service and cared for everyone. Called you by your name and always stayed on top of things. If something was OTC. They would get it for you if it was written as a Prescription. At the Glendora location here in Foothill are rude and refuse to take care of OTC! Maybe two girls there smile and all the rest need to learn customer service from the manager that was there this evening Friday December 29th at around 5:30 pm At the checkout the young man that was working was trying to get people to use self checkout this isn't the first time having issues with this store! Customer service is very important to me. Work on it.

This is for the RUDE little, young pharmacist. I used to come to this pharmacy all the time. I will not be coming here anymore. She is incompetent, extremely rude, and extremely inexperienced. I wouldn't trust these people to fill your prescriptions correctly. The pharmacist that I saw was on a power trip and didn't want to help! Plus, they are as slow as molasses there!

Every single time I have had to use this pharmacy, they are slow and incredibly rude. From the pharmacist to the person checking me out. RUDE!!! No respect for anyone else's time. I'm done here

This is the best experience I have had at a CVS. Sue, the manager, is so helpful and friendly and keeps her store well stocked. I was shopping for makeup and she introduced me to another lady there named Bernadette. Bernadette specializes in makeup and she was also so helpful, patient, answered all my questions, and even showed me how to apply the makeup I bought from her recommendations. I give Sue and Bernadette five stars

I was picking up my mothers prescription and the checker failed to use my mother's insurance. She then proceeded to move me to another window and was told to sit and wait five minutes while they fixed the error. Ten minutes later I asked another woman who was supposed to be handling it said oh the orders ready and says go and wait at the register. Three customers later I again ask what's going on. I finally get to the register and that clerk had search for the prescription. Long story short I won't be returning to this store.

Just came across this shopping center and found several stores to my liking. CVS in this shopping center is great! They have great customer service. Cashiers and other employees are friendly and helpful. The store is large and very clean. Everything is in order and well stocked. Its a plus they have a Beauty center and a Minute Clinic inside. This is one of my new favorite CVS compared to others in the area. I don't know why I never noticed this one here! I noticed other reviews and they were not that good but as for myself I had a great experience.

My insurance covers 100% of my prescriptions and this pharmacy continues to switch my prescription to a 90 day fill and charge me 10$ per prescription. They have done this 3 times. The last time I specifically said NO not to switch on a phone call and they did it anyway. When trying to switch it back to free 30 day fill it all of a sudden is a complicated task that requires a complicated process. They then say they are going to handle but never do.SHAME ON YOU

Very rude staff. Floor manager needs to learn sone basic customer service skills, as well as the older brunette women who works at the register. Might as well go down the street to Walmart or Target with this rude service..at least it's cheaper.

Talk about cornucopia of PLENTY! I don't live in this neighborhood and found myself a bit low grade jelly for all the offerings that my local CVS doesn't afford as compared to this one. You can quite literally do some home decorating AND get a face make over for all their offerings. The aisles were replete with "stuff and things" you may have thought you didn't need, but ended up buying them anyway because of how well - arranged the displays are. $70 on random stuff and things .... and I'm a happy customer.

I wish Yelp would allow zero stars. Rudest pharmacy staff ever and that includes the pharmacists. Especially the one that just "helped" me. Makes me miss the wonderful pharmacy at Rite Aid in La Canada. Rethink transferring your prescriptions to this location.

This CVS Minute Clinic is so unorganized. I had an appointment for a TB test and they cancelled the reading that is done during the second appointment. There are no appointments today, or tomorrow (the last day to get a reading). I'm a student and I can't afford to spend another $70 on this type of test.

This is quite an interesting CVS. I went there to print a picture and it was hard to navigate at the kiosk and it didn't pick up all the pictures off my phone. After finally getting it to work, it took the staff 10 minutes to even start the printing. The staff wasn't very friendly and looked like they did not want to be there. The rest of the store, however, was not bad. Everything was clean and orderly, and there were many options that you would normally find at a pharmacy, including some food and toys. Honestly, I would expect all CVS' to be like this so overall it's not bad compared to others.
