I cannot say enough how happy I was with the service I received today! I made 2 appointments for me and my daughter. I mentioned in the reservation request that I was making reservations for both of us specifically for her birthday. We arrived and they had bday balloons attached to her chair. We were so touched that they went the extra mile to acknowledge that! Not only were we welcomed with that surprise but the service they provided was outstanding. I will definitely be returning!

Took my two young daughters and myself to get pedicures and the service was great. They made it fun for the girls by giving them options for a scrub, what scent, if they wanted a design, and even offering a lollipop at the end. My girls felt very happy and spoiled. The quality is great too.

I have been coming here for several years to get Gel X nails and they never disappoint! Nicole has been doing my nails for 2 years and she always does a fantastic job. She takes her time, asks questions to make sure I am getting everything I want, recommends her own thoughts to better the experience, and she’s always excited to do fun new designs that I ask for. Everyone else there is always super sweet and checking if I need anything. It’s always a relaxing and inviting experience and I look forward to continuing coming here. I’ve attached a picture of my most recent set of Christmas nails; I’m telling y’all they do not disappoint here! I’ve also recommended my friends and family go here and they love it just as much as I do. Highly recommend Modern Nail Spa!!

Well I used to cut my own nails, but a back surgery last year changed that, I can’t bend over to cut my nails anymore. So my wife took me to her favorite nail salon Modern Nails in Glendora and they took care of me. The ladies after my first visit know exactly what I want. Nicole knows what I need and the visit is a pleasure! Thanks Nicole, thanks ladies!

I’m male and i get my pedicures here all the time. The staff is super nice and always takes my walk in. The place is immaculate. I’d recommend to anyone.

Transparency of Prices: 0 stars
I've been to this nail salon before and always appreciated their reasonable, clearly posted prices and excellent, clean work. Today, the quality of the work remained great, but the pricing left much to be desired.
I asked about the prices before we checked out, but the responses were unclear. My gel manicure ($38) and Bella pedicure ($45) should have totaled $83, but I was charged $92. Similarly, my fiancé had a regular manicure ($21), Bella pedicure ($45), and buffing on hands and toes ($14 each), which should have been $80, but was charged $102. Our total should have been $163, not the $194 we were billed.
When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was told the prices had changed, yet the online prices matched the menu they provided.
Additionally, the Bella pedicure includes a 10-minute hot stone leg and foot massage, which neither of us received.
I called back to speak to the manager, and she reiterated that the prices had changed but couldn't tell me the new prices. She claimed they were on the menu, which listed the prices I was originally quoted.
There are hundreds of nail places in Glendora with prices like those posted online. While the quality of work is excellent, the lack of pricing transparency and incomplete services make me hesitant to return.

I visited this nail shop a few days ago and brought a photo directly from their website for what I wanted. I was told it would be $65 and I said that was fine. I was burned twice during the process from the tech holding my finger too close to the gel x lamp. My tech had to consult with two other techs regarding what I was wanting. When she said they were finished, I was shocked. They looked nothing like the photo I gave and my nail tech did not know what she was doing. I would have appreciated being told she couldn't do it rather than having a terrible job after sitting for two hours. I went to pay and the manager now said because I wanted ombré, I now owe $25 more dollars. I was so confused because that was not the price that was given when I walked inside. She then persisted that I needed to pay more for the ombré but I did not agree. A few days later I have now developed a skin infection from the manicure. I will not be returning and am so disappointed in the poor customer service and sanitation given what I paid and time spent.

This is the best spot in Glendora for you try lashes and facial. The lashes last long on me very comfortable, and facial is perfect. My skin is glowing. Love it

I went in today to have a pedicure and Kim was fabulous. She did a great job later on today. My husband will be going in for a leg massage. I think it should be wonderful. She is so sweet. It was a pleasure doing business with her I really do love your salon. ❤️

I can't help but sing praises for this gem of a place! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure their guests are pampered and delighted. Every visit leaves me feeling rejuvenated and at peace; it's like stepping into a sanctuary.
From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and offered soothing hot tea, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The staff, particularly Jenny and Daisy, are magicians when it comes to their craft. Whether it's intricate floral designs or bold experimental cat eyes, they execute with precision and creativity.
I've experienced their exceptional care firsthand when I broke a nail once. Instead of just fixing it, they treated it with the same attention and care as if I were getting a full set. Ming, with her attentive and kind demeanor, ensures that every guest feels valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
