I have been going here for years. What I have seen is that generations of families go to the stylists here. It is a big family. Prices are reasonable and fair. Styling needs have a wide range- talented. Good products too.

This message is for Suzanne. AKA .... kAREN. Her lame comment about not entering the salon but reading a sign Outside salon verifying masks are optional, and choosing to not schedule an appointment over this. If you wear a mask and someone else does not you are " protected." Wearing masks is a hoax anyways. I've been going to this salon for many years. The entire staff has been nothing but professional, hospitable, and helpful!!! They don't need your crappy business anyways. kAREN!!!! Take your d*** a** self somewhere else. Perhaps a bubble !!!!

I love this salon! You feel like family and you leave looking beautiful! Masks are optional and I love that the owner lets us be responsible for our own health concerns. All the stations are spread out 10 feet apart or a partition is set up and every is super clean! If you are wanting to feel normal and look gorgeous this is the place to come!

I have been going to New Waves for many years. The shop is clean, the stylists are professional and can manage all types of styling needs. For many of us, having the option of no mask is vital. Some of us have health, emotional, and other needs that this option really helps. There are no lies.... there are only options.

The most on point hair salon in the valley. Every hair stylist is a 10! They are caring and talented. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Wendy the owner goes above and beyond for everyone who sits in her chair. She has cut my hair for 40 years, consistently providing A+ service. She knows customer service, and is fast, thorough and efficient. I just love her and heartedly recommend the whole salon which is staffed with quality cosmetologists.
