Most of their clothes were size large and above. Not a lot of inventory. A lot of their clothes were out dated, I’ve seen dresses on the racks from months ago. The old navy in Rancho Cucamonga is better with newer styles. Just my honest opinion

Dropped by Old Navy after picking up my meds from Sam's Club. It wasn't a busy day so we had the whole store to ourselves. The store was fully stocked with new items for spring. Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Yes I would keep coming back to this place if staff are a like this person.

I almost always find what I'm looking for at this Old Navy location. The staff there are very friendly and always available for help when you're looking for something. The store itself is spacious and clothes are organized very well. Clearance sections are also well maintained unlike other stores. I do always see a wide variety of sizes in the women section. Sizes ranging from xs - 3xl and sometimes larger items. Which is great for woman who often have a hard time finding larger sizes at Old Navy.

Manager Christina was blatantly rude and not nice to my cashier in front of multiple people. My cashier/ associate had a technical difficulty, which was not her fault at all, and Christina rolled her eyes rather than helped the situation. I've worked in management and customer service for many years and it's honestly sad that your employees can't rely on or ask Christina for help. That's not how you should treat hard working employees. Do better.

Found a great holiday dress! Scarves on sale. Cute warm red jacket… Great customer service except the long line at checkout. Had to ask them to get more help.

I love this store we literally came in for some shorts but found so many cute items we had to have them... oh I was having a issue at the register and a sale associate Sonia came to my rescue Thank you Sonia ! ♡ clean friendly and amazing staff
