Just bought our bed today and wanted to share our experience thus far. Bill was extremely helpful and steered us in the right direction for the best mattress for us. When we were testing the beds, he paid close attention to how we positioned ourselves and had suggestions solely based on that. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful. Delivery was scheduled within two days of our purchase, which is pretty incredible. So far I am well pleased with our experience.
