DO NOT LEAVE YOUR FUR-BABIES HERE!!! We brought our Baby boy in for a weekend stay, 10/11/24 he was happy & excited when we dropped him off! On Sunday 10/13/24, we arrived at the hotel in the morning, our baby was so sick, he looked drugged, lethargic, skinny & has had diarrhea & vomiting since.. I immediately contacted petsmart hotel & asked for the manager (Michelle) to find out what had happened to him, if he had been in a fight with another dog, or injured and the young girl said she was at lunch & would call me back-I didn't receive a call back, so I called again the next day & AGAIN, the manager was at lunch! I did receive a call from the manager, (Michelle) she said Niko had no issues, ate well, & that she would contact us in the morning to check on him & if he wasn't feeling better, to have us bring Niko in, so she could take him to the Banfield Veterinarian there at this location to have him checked out..She NEVER called, finally at 2:00pm we took our boy in, the manager (Michelle) argued with us, said she didn't say she was going to call us in the morning, nor take him over to the on-site veterinarian..I was furious, she was so insensitive, rude, & flat out lied to our faces!!! She then asked us to hold on went into a side room, came back out about 10 minutes later, she said "we could take Niko in tomorrow morning & that she was just going to call us before we came in" okay so which is it, you were going to call us, or you never said you were going to call us!! Completely unprofessional, rude & insensitive!!! I will be contacting the Corporate Office & if my boy doesn't recover, I will contact an attorney for negligence on their part!! The reviews show it all!!! PLEASE read all the reviews before leaving your fur-babies here, I wish I would have!!!

I needed another bag of Mourning Dove food, so I stumbled upon this PetSmart branch in Glendora, CA. When I finally found the wild bird section, I uncovered they didn't carry that many various brands here to choose from.... I came for what I needed which I found so sending them a 4 star review, but the cashier was friendly and fast. I was in and out of the store within less than 20min.

Crystal was so rude to me while I was trying to find dog food. Her exact words where "get the food and get in line" no please we are about to close, or friendly reminder we close soon. Just rude and unprofessional. Somehow Crystal is a manager. Horrible customer service I will be reaching out to corporate.

Whelp. My girl was safe, is all I can say. I wasn't worried about her dying or anything. But if you care about the emotional state of your pet - I wouldn't bring to petsmart Hotel.. It's funny. I rely on Yelp reviews for EVERYTHING! But yet with Petsmart I didn't even look at Yelp reviews thinking they're a big brand - they have to be good right? A 3 night and 4 day stay... I received one sad picture on my dog, She looked scared and miserable. the bed didnt look big enough to even fit her. there is no bedding or toys or sheets in the photo. When we picked her up, we look thru the glass at four caged dogs and one behind glass. None of them had blanket, bed, toy, nothing in their environment :-( who doesn't bring a bed or toy or personal item for their pooch? I don't think Petsmart gives the personal items to them during their stay. I found a few folks on Rover but they were busy the weekend we needed. Next time, I won't go out of town if it means Petsmart Hotel is only place available. Read the reviews folks.

Octavio groomed my Shep mix. Best groomer ever to groom this dog. First groomer ever to be able to grind nail. She won't even let us touch her nails. Thank you Octavio.

I came here and was looking at fish. There were three dead betta fish that had decayed and turned the water brown. Additionally, there were dead fish in the community tanks that had been picked at by the other fish so much that their fins and heads were gone. Disgusting... The reason why I'm giving two starts and not just one is because the volunteers with the cats are always a delight and they love the kitties.

The groomer cut the paw-pad while trimming our dogs nails... which sent him to the vet. We will not be returning.

Horrible experience. My wife and I went to inquire about the dog hotel service they offer on 9/6. Everything went well with our consultation, however, on 9/7 when my wife arrived to drop off the dogs, she was told that they would not be able to accept one of our dogs because it was from a breeder. This should have been brought to our attention during our initial visit! To make things worse, the employee working on 9/7 couldn't verify the date on our dog's paperwork. She had to go find a vet to read the date... My wife had to eventually flag down the worker and find out what was going on. The whole process took an hour long, just for them to tell my wife that they couldn't accept one of our dogs because we got it from a breeder. Thanks to Petsmart, my wife and her wedding party were late to the rehearsal dinner for our wedding.

The only thing I recommend now would be the dog trainer. Debbie, she amazing and very helpful, but the rest of the store doesn't seem to care about it's customer's. I asked the cashier yesterday to call someone over to assist in the fish area instead of helping she grabbed a cart and leaned on it then started up a conversation with another employee. I waited for 25 minutes to get help with some fish and no one ever showed up. So i tried again today and basically the same results. I used to be a big advocate for them now I'm trying petco

Love this store, and the staff. I won't take my dog anywhere else. I have an anxious and nervous German Shepherd, who occasionally stays at Pets Hotel, and we use the grooming services. All of the staff, have gotten to know her, and they go out of their way to try and make her comfortable. She can be difficult to handle sometimes, but all the staff at the Glendora store are kind and patient with her. She's a work in progress who has come along way, and the employees at this store are partly the reason for that.

Took my Teddy there for the first time a few days ago and I cannot stop admiring his new haircut. I believe the groomer's name is Ashley , did an amazing job with my little boy .. very soft spoken but professional and did a great job with explaining .. Thank you Petsmart!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I brought my Aussiedoodle in for a haircut. I asked for a #4. When I came to pick him up, he is shaved, he has bruises from the razor on his belly, which look like they bleed. The associate who was there couldn't find any notes as to why my dog was shaved with a size 1 blend instead of a 4. She left his tail bushy. I asked for his nose to be trimmed- it wasn't. His face still looks yellow. I'm so upset, idk how my dog was treated to get cuts on his belly.

My feedback/review is only on pick up experience as I can speak on how my pet was treated or cared for in my absence. Upon arrival I select the button to call for an attendant and I was approached by a woman, as she stood by the register I stated that I was here for my puppy, she then rang me up and provided the total. I asked how my pup was, if he behaved, and if she would bring him out she respond "I suppose." She didn't provide me a progress report or anything that gave me reassurance that the puppy was well taken care of or that he was ok, after 15 min she brought him out and I was already irate with the tone in which she was speaking to us, so my husband said "having a rough day? Don't worry I am sure it will get better and the representative respond with "yeah not sure about that." My husband later asked for our puppies personal items and she asked what it was, which made me question the organization of the facility. She later came out with the dogs bed, a bone and we noticed the food was not in there. She then asked if it was a small or large bag. Again really questioning if the dog even ate because she didn't even know what food he came with. In all her arrogance and demeaning tone left a bad taste in my husbands and I mouth. We will no longer be doing business with PetSmart. If you don't like the job and don't care for animals then change your career. We are paying customers that felt uncomfortable to ask questions when it shouldn't be like that. I felt bad for the dog play area they had 11 dogs in there and the man was just on his phone. He then swept and cleaned after a dog and while he was doing so he backed into a dog. Didn't even show empathy or check on the dog. Seeing that and with the way we were treated makes me understand that this is just a place for business and the sole priority is to incentivize and not provide care and love to our animals. Side note my husband and I added services like ice cream to make our puppies experience that much more enjoyable and when my husband asked what kind of ice cream he received she stated I don't know. Like very short. Horrible tone, not professional, not approachable. The representatives name was Julia.

I went into the Petsmart today all happy and in a friendly manner. I was excited to get a fish. I saw an employee headed to the fish and I smiled and asked are you working in the fish area? She said yes I said Great thank you I want to get a fish... then she just disappeared making me wait then when she returned, She just stood there all silent and not doing anything. I asked aren't you going to get my fish, I told her what fish that I wanted. She stated rudely " I was waiting for you to move! Hello! why didn't she just politely ask me to move a little bit.. and I wasn't even in her way I was along side of the tank. I don't know what her problem was. I don't read minds lady. I also asked about other fish I was planning to get for my Aquarium and asked if she had any of the type. She proceeded to say they are dead!..instead of answering my question. She was referring to some dead fish in another tank. Then she brought over the ladder and the table she needed to use and started climbing it to get to the fish totally blocking me from picking the fish I wanted. At this point it finally dawns on me she decided that for whatever reason she didn't want to help me. Whether my Race or age or what I don't know. I told her that's not what I asked...and asked her what is with her attitude? I said you copped an attitude towards me from the beginning...I'm also concerned about how they are caring for the fish with all the dead fish...This store needs to be reported for animal neglect and mis care..Oh and after I called her on her rude tude..she suddenly disappears not wanting to help me, just takes off & I see her and can hear her!! through the window of the employee door complaining about me "the customer! after that employee had walked up asking her about helping a customer get a fish...I walked out the store I was done with all the rediculous horrible service!!!
