Crystal was so rude to me while I was trying to find dog food. Her exact words where "get the food and get in line" no please we are about to close, or friendly reminder we close soon. Just rude and unprofessional. Somehow Crystal is a manager. Horrible customer service I will be reaching out to corporate.(reposted this review because somehow they removed it)

I tried to take my dog to get his nails trimmed. I have never felt unwanted before. My dog is a pup and I did forget to bring his rabies with me. If it would have started that way i would be completely be fine with it and is policy. However first response was not a greeting or what i need. I talked to the girl at the counter and said if they had time to cut my dogs nails. She literally said i can't do it. Ok...then she looked at the other 4 people their which two were grooming which I understand. All say we can't do it. They literally all stare at each other when 3 of them are doing nothings. Then one says well let me see if someone else can help and goes to the back. In the end I understand they couldn't cut his nails because I did forget the paper. But I will also never be coming back there. With how horrible the interactions and the feelings of being unwanted of just being their and a bother for them I would never want them to touch my dog. I work in retail and at the end of the day the way you treat people matter. Going forward ill just drive farther to another store where i know i won't feel like a bother to them.

honestly, I've come here so many times for different dogs and I never seem to find harnesses that fit. They hardly have options for step in harnesses and they all just fit awkwardly... I don't think there's really any reason for me to come here. There's better places to get the things you need for your dogs. Including online unfortunately...

The staff are generally kind and helpful when you need assistance. Rarely will items be out of stock and the environment is clean and peaceful. I come here for prescription dog food and I have very rarely had any issues buying an entire 24 set of food. If you have a vet prescription to be filled here, remember to get a new print print out earlier than you think you'll need to. You don't want to show up after the vet staff have gone home and be unable to buy your pet's food if you may be one day off on your expiration date.

Very nasty people that work here. Just because they work at a pet store doesn’t mean they care about your 4 legged family members.
Use due diligence, I wouldn’t trust them with my pets.
