Online is a joke! Made appts for my husband and I. We both signed in even though I had only recieved online verification for me. Waited 1 hr 15 mins. Finally asked. Was told they only showed my husband. Then why didn't they take him in that time? Showed her my verification. She walked away. Obviously will NEVER go there again, after going there many years. Their online site is impossible!! Def do not recommend!! Avoid the Glendora office. VERY BAD!!!!

Excellent phlebotomist stick. Direct LDL not with lipid panel [yet? it is only 3 days since phlebotomy & it may take 1 extra day to do the Direct LDL].

The checkin system is better but still has its quirks. Same is true with their computers which always seem to have issues. But the staff is efficient and competent.

The worst lab in Southern California. Despite my doctor's affiliation, the on-call staff is consistently rude. No reception so all you deal with is grumpy staff. They even botched an urgent order when I needed it. Save yourself the trouble and find another lab.

My tech she had braids in her hair. When I arrived I sat for approx 5mins. She called me back to the 1st room. She asked which arm I told her the right one. She asked had I dranked water. I told her yes, I had approx 16oz and that I love water. She wasn't able to find a vain she said there was scar tissue. She moved the needle around in my arm a bit until I told her that was enough. She then ask for the second time if I dranked water. Again, I told her yes, she proceeds to find a vain in the left arm and for the third time asked me if I dranked water. Now, I am pissed because why she continues to ask me about water. When she finds the vain the blood flowed nicely and she fills 4 tubes. I felt she blamed me for her not finding a vain in my right arm. She said there was scar tissue, therefore, it is not my fault she is not that great at her job therefore she didn't find the vain. I never have a problem with my vain in my right arm. She didn't need to ask three times if I dranked water and get an attitude with me when I got mad because she asked three times. The techs at the Glendora location are crazy and they have no common sense and offer no customer service.

I had to wait after I had scheduled an appointment because it wasn't acknowledged so I had to do as a walk in. There should have been a receptionist which would have helped out. Especially for the older folks.

Have hand towels in the bathrooms, rather than the hot air blower. It is disgusting to have to touch the bathroom door handles
