My friend and I needed a quick hemming on our evening gowns. They did take a few days, and we were charged $60 each. Considering that we dropped off two dresses (which both had a three-layer skirt) needing them back in just a few days, this place did an excellent job on the hem and charged a fair price compared to other dry cleaner places.

I should've listened to the reviews and found another place for alterations, but the wedding is approaching and I needed something done soon. I had a bridesmaid dress that needed to get altered (shortened). When I arrived, I was taken in immediately to take the measurements. We agreed on a length that very clearly showed my toes/shoes. I was quoted a decent price considering I called a few other places and their prices were about $20 higher. I think that should've been my first red flag. I gave the employee my name and number and left. To my surprise , she called a day later to tell me it was ready. The next day on my way home from work , I picked up my dress, but unfortunately I didn't have my dress shoes with me. I asked her for a bag that cleaners typically give you after servicing an item and she gave me a crumpled 2nd or 3rd use bag . She only took cash payments , so I paid her and she walked away after taking my cash without a word . I was thinking she left to a get receipt but she never returned from the back. After standing around for a minute , I decided to leave . There's a sign that states they're not responsible for any items 24 hours after pick up so I figured I could try it on and return if there were any issues. I went home immediately and tried on the dress with my shoes . The dress was clearly draped on the ground about 2 inches too long. The next day , I went back to the cleaners and told her it was too long and it was hitting the floor. To my surprise, she argued back that I asked for it to be that length!! I insisted on showing her , so I put on the dress and very clearly , it was too long . She adjusted it to cut off 2 more inches. I returned a couple days later , brought my shoes and breathed a sigh of relief when it was no longer touching the ground . The hem job she did , however, is terrible. I'd rather fix it myself given it's probably only a one time wear dress, than returning to this establishment for business. The older woman who works here is rude and very unprofessional. For longer wear items, I suggest you pay a little more to get more quality work done

I rarely ever post reviews...but this has frustrated me. The service is so bad. The lady that works at the counter is very rude. I have given them multiple chances and every time she is extremely short and rude to me. I left a lot of repairs to be done, they said one week for pick up. A week and a half later, nothing had been fixed. Then she was so rude to me cause she was so backed up in repairs, she gave me my unaltered clothes back and told me to take them somewhere else. Their prices are outrageous. Will never go back there again...and I suggest you don't either. Terrible service.

Blanca and her husband have been doing my dry cleaning and Taylor work for about 20 years now. The work is always seamless (no pun intended), always of the of the highest quality. Blanca completes everything from having pants to taking in blazers as well as altering formal dresses. I highly recommend their services.

I don't understand the pricing scale! Today, I picked up one long coat and one small coat and I was charged $56 (I was charged the credit cards fee... that's NOT how that works. As a small business owner, I know that I'm responsible for my own fees for accepting credit cards as payment). Anyway, I also took a vintage (delicate!) shirt that was literally coming apart at the seams.. she charged me $25! Once I got home & inspected it, the work is AWFUL (truly, I should've attempted it, myself) AND she only fixed 2 of the 3 problem areas! She acted as though she was mad at me for bringing such a 'complicated piece' instead of being gracious for my business (I also tipped her $25!!!!!!! Because she made such a big deal out of it & I figured she'd do an excellent job .. assuming the griping was prompted with the thought of so much fine work) Anyway, I think she assumed I was d*** & willing to pay ridiculous money after that gesture ... $56 for a coat & jacket (which, by the way, was deadstock vintage, I just wanted the musk gone). I must mention that I ALWAYS stress that I have no time restraints for items (therefore, don't charge me same day prices ... they definitely aren't ready same -day)

This place is lucky i can't give them a zero.star rating. Very rude I asked 2 simple questions 1 how much do they charge for a dress.. they said they would have to see it which is understandable..then I asked how much to clean a baseball jerseys. The lady said look I can't spend to much time on the phone come in and hung up on me. The whole conversation was less then a minute long. That is some serious awful customer service.

Let me start with saying, I didn't end up doing business with this place because my husband gave them a call to ask how much they would charge for a dress and they said they needed to see the dress and ok it's understandable, depends on the material ok fine, then he asks them how much they would charge to clean 2 baseball jerseys and the lady that answered said " I don't have time for this, come in if you want service" hmm no, not if your going to be acting like a rude a**hole. Even if she couldn't give a quote, which is kinda d*** because our usual place always gives us quotes it's just kinda far we wanted to try somewhere closer to home, she didn't need to answer like that.

I have lived in this area for 45 years, and two years ago I discovered same day cleaners. Hands down the best job I've ever had done on my work shirts. The alterations I've had done on my regular clothes has been perfect. Give him a try you will not be disappointed

This grumpy lady is not professional at all!! She got mad at me for asking how much she was going to charge me for altering my curtains that cost me $14. She said she would call me back that same day to let me know because she was busy arguing with a client on the phone. She calls me back that same day to let me know one of my curtains was longer than the rest and hung up, without letting me speak. The next day she leaves me a voicemail to let me know my curtains were ready and to ONLY bring cash! She was charging me $90 for my curtains!! Never again I'm I going back!

I went in to have my curtains pressed as they were super wrinkled from moving. At first she refused, then after asking why she was unable to press them, she snatched them with the worst attitude ever. I don't understand how I would be inconveniencing someone by giving them service? Isn't that why you own a business? Guess not. Don't come here.
