Our son has been coming here for 2 years now and it's been so great for him. The classes are fun but instructional and they do a good job keeping the kids engaged and on task. We also like that they go over values every month like integrity, commitment, etc. Highly recommend!

My son just recently started here, I already see a difference in his confidence. The coaches are incredibly good with these kids. They take time to notice when they need help, give my son one one one time when he struggles. I’m very happy I made decision to enroll my son.

Sampa have the best coaches and the best jiu jitsu. It’s a family gym. The coaches have years and years of experience. I love this place.
Martial arts and Character development school. We have a great program geared to teach kids and adults life skills, confidence, self discipline, manners, values and morals throughout the art of Brazilian jiu jitsu.
Adults get in better shape and an amazing feeling of accomplishment. It is like running a marathon. The feeling of being able to train jiu jitsu is a lifetime accomplishment.
