The store itself is a large location. Everything looked clean and the isles for the most part looked organized. I've been here once a few years back and couldn't remember the name of the associate that helped me out. I do remember she was extremely helpful and kind. This time around the print and copy area was super busy. There was a younger man that was doing his best to be accommodable in helping everyone in line. He even explained that this was not his department and was helping out because no one from that department would be in until 1:30pm. Not his fault but I waited in line, then he recommended I use the self-service which I attempted to do, not knowing how their system worked it was not a good experience. I asked a different associate for help, the paper just ended up getting jammed on the printer that was available then she charged my card more than I wanted. At that time others were upset especially an older woman that was waiting for some business paperwork to be printed and was giving the guy a hard time. I was then annoyed because I had to get back in a long line and wait over 30 minutes all over again for help. A manager came over by the name of "DENISE" she was very rude to everyone and then I had the opportunity to explain what happened as well as addressing others in line. Her answers were short and extremely rude, even to the point where she raised her voice. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! All of this just to print two pieces of paper. I wouldn't go back simply because of her; I was not the only one upset at her disposition of being out right nasty!

Y'all ever consider like, fixing your broken printers? An hour wait for self service every single time cause half your machines are down and never anyone staffed to help. It's almost like you don't want to make money? Strange as hell. Please I beg you stop making us drive three cities over cause this place is so unreliable.

The store itself is actually decent. It's clean and never that busy. The problem is the Copy & Print department. It is the worst one out of any Staples in the county.Any online order takes the longest here out of any other location.Every other single Staples order completes the order when they can. Here they seem to let the clock wind down just for the sake of it.Then they give you an attitude when you go into the store. I wish they'd fix this problem here as it's been going on for years.

Don't go to this location for Amazon returns. I came in on a Wednesday evening around 6:45. As I approach, the lady working the desk complains I came in right before her lunch. She then proceeds to throw my package into an envelope and slams it under the counter. Jesus lady, I just came to return an Amazon order, I didn't come purposely to delay your lunch at 6:45 another two minutes. As I watch her mixed with amusement and pity, she throws the receipt down and turns around without muttering a word. A couple behind me next approaches to process their return and she slams the counter down and yells that they're closed. The atmosphere was so tense and awkward. Unless you want someone who desperately needs a snack and some therapy to unload on you, avoid this location.

Came into this store to purchase an office chair. Found one I liked from the displays. Looked around for help to find the acutal box. Nobody in site. Came to a register (the only one) with the light on for a couple minutes with nobody there. Finally an employee came over. Come to find out he chair is not in stock and they don't sell the display. To get this information was pulling teeth and they gave me the attitude as if I was interrupting them. Come to find out the store manager was less than 5 feet away the whole time and didn't have the courtesy to step in and try to help or point me in the right direction. This isn't the first time I have ran into issues at this store, sadly.

Encountered the worst customer service by Claudia Florez. I went to pick up a poster board in the Print department, I was not able to get it mounted, which is understandable. However, the attitude and disrespect by this employee was unacceptable. She turned her back on me three times while asking for protection to cover the wonderfully printed poster, claiming there where no more bags. However, I had to insist on something to cover as it was rolled with the printed side showing. Her rudeness was palpable. Her actions were unbecoming and the complete opposite of the Staples Brand. If there was an option for zero i would do it, the laziest employee I met in my life. Sweet lil boi with messed up lil fro and specs had to call his daddy cause he didn't know how to ring up an xbox controller and just sat there and laughed as his boss did his job for him. A real stereotype that lil guy

I interviewed for the Print supervisor position with the general manager Anthony and the interview went very well. I had tons of experience with management and retail for over 10 years beyond satisfactory customer service skills and he told me awesome. Make sure you fill out the application online and look out for the emails. I follow up with them a couple days later and he tries to tell me to fill out a different position that pays two dollars less after we talked about in the interview how we're in it for the money and prices of everything are skyrocketing, and the money is what matters and how he was discussing that none of the team really liked him and a big chunk of the staff left when he was announced manager and I see why now he can't do what he says. He's flip-flopping like a fish with his decisions he's not solid, and what he says, and that's very upsetting for a potential employee, so not only did he tell me that a big chunk of the staff left when he was selected his manager but now me experiencing a little bit of what was going on it's very upsetting very manipulative.

The manager, Connor, helped me out get some ink cartridges recycled and was able to answer some questions and explain the process to me. Great customer service and attitude from him.

They honor their prices and have decent customer service. Happy to have them nearby to pick up on the deals of the week

I called the print shop twice about a color cardstock print and each time they quoted me a different, incorrect price. The latest one said they can't provide pricing over the phone, but then said it usually starts at $2.60 per page, which is 3x the actual price. I called a different Staples and they happily provided me all the prices I asked for. Not sure if the Glendora Staples woman is new or just being lazy and doesn't want people to come in.
