Tried Verizon home internet to get the military discount which I applied for through ID me and then after my third month Verizon tells me I can only get the military discount if I have a Verizon phone line. Such false advertising by a big company. Disgusting! So I wouldn't miss any recording time. I went to the T-Mobile store to get my new 5G home internet router for T-Mobile home internet, so I didn't want to take it a chance on shipping because my Verizon expires on November 3rd. Brought the unit home. Got it set up and now I'm back on T-Mobile 5G home internet! Take that Verizon. You think you're going to keep me as a customer after you misrepresent the discount?! Besides T-Mobile is faster & more reliable!

My parents were in here last week to exchange their phones. David and Diane treated them with the upmost disrespect. They were both rude and not very helpful. I will be the first to admit that as senior citizens they're not the most tech savvy but it's David and Diane's job to at least help them to understand. I'm extremely disappointed in how they were treated. Please do better.

I'm only giving one star because I can't give 0. Do not go here. They completely lied to me about the plan I was signing up for. Big surprise when I got my bill. Also completely unexperienced when trying to port over our lines from another carrier. We had to go to another T-Mobile-store to have that done for us. Just don't go here. They lied because they had to make a sale. I filed an official complaint and now trying f to see what can be done to fix this issue. Do better T-Mobile!!! This is a fraudulent store.

going to this location will make you think twice if you really wanna lay your money to T-mobile. Especially with the lady named amanda ( store manager as she calls herself)a store manager is supposed to find solution for simple issue and not get angry if another employee gave an idea to resolve the issue.It even got her so mad that she asked us to leave the store for saying thank you to the other employee for giving her idea.Time to switch to another phone company where they respect the customer.

I walked in to the T-Mobile store, waited there for several minutes. No one said hello. No one acknowledged I was there. Bad customer service. I wasn't sure how long I would be waiting or if they knew I was even in the store , so I just left.Went to another T-Mobile store. They greeted me as I walked in and took care of the situation. I was in and out and 10 minutes.

I had a great experience at this store earlier this week. Prior to arriving, I had visited two other nearby T-Mobile locations. The associate at the first store didn't show much interest in assisting me, and since I wanted comprehensive information about the available deals and wanted to ensure I was making the right choices, I decided to try a different location. Unfortunately, the second T-Mobile location was closed, prompting me to turn to Yelp, where I discovered that this particular store had excellent reviews. Despite the extra 15-minute drive, I decided it was worth it.Upon arrival, Mason warmly welcomed me and I informed him that I was in search of my very first iPhone. In response, he thoroughly explained the advantages of Samsung, iPhone, and even Google phones, enabling me to assess which features were most important to me and make an informed decision. In the end, I decided on the new iPhone 14 Pro and am so far, very happy with my choice! Overall, Mason was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I no longer have any intention of visiting other T-Mobile locations, especially considering the expertise demonstrated by the employees here. Thank you again, Mason!

Got a new phone for free $65mo on senior plan. Jackie the manager helped me, she was fantastic. They get busy but when you come in they greet you and put your name down. Nice store, nice workers, pleasant and take time with you. I called and made an appt first so I was helped right away. I am tech dumb so Jackie really went over and above. I still wont use my phone yet until I know how to work it! Bit intimidating as my old phone was super easy and simple to use but I needed to up grade! Thanks Jackie you were great!

If I could give zero stars I would!! This store has some con-artists and the biggest one is Irma!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING SHE TELLS YOU!! She’s nice when you’re purchasing but a completely another person when you need to return your old phone back!! As she told me “do I have her in a recording of what she told me!!” Apparently she remembers everything she tells customers but she couldn’t remember that she helped my sister and I smh!! Horrible service!!

The T-Mobile staff at this location is so helpful! Everytime I come into this store, the staff are more than accommodating. They always find a way to help solve the problems whenever I have questions. instead of saying "sorry there's nothing I can" they really go out of their way to help their customers! Much appreciated!!

Zero stars ... I took cell in to start service. Lady changed Sim. Paid tried t make a call. Ng would not work asked for money back. Supervisor said NO REFUNDS AT ALL. Never got out the door. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Andres, Sasha and Irma for taking such great care of me on my last visit. I recently updated to the iPhone 14 pro and they helped me every step of the way from purchase, plan coverage review, phone set-up/transfer and even prepping to ship my old phone out back to T-Mobile.They went above and beyond and I’m grateful for the exceptional service at this store(we will continue to come here). My boyfriend and I have been with T-Mobile 5 years and each time we have come to this store, we are taken care of greatly.On a side note, I also wanted to bring attention to my last visit on Wednesday 10/13. In the 2 hrs I was there, I sat to see 3 separate parties that were rude and giving the present T-Mobile employees a hard time..all employees were respectful each time and kept a professional manner. As a former worker in customer service, I applaud them, and respect what they do-it’s not always easy to deal with customers who “don’t get what they want.” Keep up the hard work T-Mobile Glendora!

This location is full of con-artists! Screwed us on our plan....snuck an ipad on our plan...then said we would get a free phone...turns our it wasnt free, we paid full price for it. DONT TAKE THE SALES PERSONS WORD FOR AMYTHING, have them show you IN WRITING!!!!!!!

Customer service is non-existent here since they don't bother greeting you when they're busy and tell you that they'll be with you soon.Try the store on Arrow Hwy and Lone Hill for better customer service.
