Bought the cutest pairs of Vans online to purchase and pick up in store. Keep in mind they have all my info including debit card, which is linked to my bank and other private information. The cashier at the front asked if I needed to try on my order before leaving I said yes, just to ensure the fit. She had the NERVE to put on a security sensor. I drive a brand new luxury car I’m not going to steal a pair of Vans. Also you have my name, debit, bank account. That’s just ridiculous! You would be able to track me. This is just profiling. I’m also an older customer who happens to look younger so maybe they think a certain age group might steal? Anyway not a great way to treat a customer and I won’t be returning after that treatment

Tried to exchange a 2 brand new unworn items from Tilly’s with attached tags, which I received as a gift, and was told they couldn’t do anything without a receipt. All we wanted to do was change the color..even a gift card would have helped. The clerks suggestion? “You can re-gift the item”…wow really? Awful customer service. DO NOT BUY A GIFT HERE!

Ordered online and tried to return some stuff at this location.I was told one dress cannot be returned because it is a final sale item now. I'm 100% sure it was not on final sale when I placed the order. I even created a return slip thru my online account successfully for this specific item. If it's marked final sale it wouldn't let me to do so. Very frustrating process and I don't think the staffs have enough knowledge about their own return policy.

Had a great experience in store today. Wanted to return some shoes but employee Roberto was not sure if it was possible so he provided me the customer service number. After customer service said return was okay to process, Roberto processed my refund. He was very friendly and did his best to ensure customer service was a priority.

The older manager is severely lazy and rude she couldn’t even help me for a specific shirt to find she just looked for a couple seconds and told me we don’t have any shirts maybe you can order online and went back to the cashier, the employees are not helpful as well

A very clean store lots of selections. My kids were racially profiled the moment they walked in to browse. They wanted to immediately leave to another store because they felt uncomfortable. I stayed with them the whole time after to make sure the staff knew the parent was around. We felt discriminated at this location by some of the staff not all of them. Probably won’t come back again.

Eric makes this place a horrible place to walk into. He has no personality, serious face at all times, not welcoming at all and a shitty attitude to top it off. When I went in to pick up my online order he asked for my ID and I didn't have it so was told to come back when I did.( totally understandable) but he had attitude the whole time. When I came back today he had the same attitude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Not a "Hi how are you" "I can help you over here" "how's your day going" just a "Next" meanwhile he proceeded to give a disgusted look on his face the whole time. Never said thank you, just handed me the bag and went back to what he was doing. Definitely needs to have training on proper customer service and how to be somewhat personable. As someone who manages a store myself, It's shocking that people like this actually get hired.
