UHaul you need to audit this location. Shop owner is certainly a non-masker and practices it with frequent non masked customers while i was waiting for service... Also didn't turn lights on until 30 after place opened.. Looks like he just rolled out of bed. Very un professional ..made reference to my destination as "the center of the trouble" which happened to be Portland. ..make sure if going one way that the drop-off location is near your destination because they did not make it easy.

Don't rent or return uhaul equipment here. We dropped off a trailer from a one way trip with him and the morning of the return he called and asked if we were going to be there by 10:50 am(the time we had picked the trailer up). We told we'd be there by 2 pm(as that's the time the trailer was due back). We arrived at 1:30 pm, he saw us pull in and ignored us. We waited a few minutes then walked inside to clarify this is where we were supposed to drop the trailer off. He was very short and rude the entire time. We parked it where he asked and he just started walking away. I asked if we needed to complete any paperwork to finish the rental, he said no you'll get an email. I didn't feel comfortable with just that so we took pictures of the trailer for our own records. Two days later I get an email saying the trailer wasn't returned until after 3 PM so we're being charged for another day. Now the burden is on me to prove it was returned before 2 pm to get our money back, good thing I have time stamped pictures.
