This store disappointed me. I bought a gift card for a friend about 2 weeks ago gor her birthday. She went to a ulta store about 4 days after and was told that there was a Zero balance. I went to the store and was told to call the number on the back. I called and the lady told me she couldnt give me any information due to it being a gift card for someone else and that she needed to call herself. So my friend called today and spoke with someone and was told that the gift card was used and that there is nothing she could do about it. That they are not held responsible for gift cards that are being used by fraud.

These stores are not designed for men, lol. Went in to purchase a conditioner that mynwife buys from here. Checkout took a while.

Marcos is my new skin care angel!
My pregnancy has made my skin dry as a dessert and he was soooooo helpful in finding products that would drench my skin in moisture. He did the entire routine on my skin and I left with plumpy soft skin. Love love love!

Excellent service by Jeri she is so helpful and patient. She helped me find everything I need and I feel so comfortable asking questions about makeup and things I couldn’t find. She is very helpful and professional. My daughter Gigi had the same experience with Jeri.

This used to be my favorite store but yesterday I was highly disappointed with the entire experience. The females employees that should be helping customers were chatting it up and laughing for way too long. About 30 minutes into my visit and finally finding the perfect product I decided to ask one of the employees if they had another item I wanted and was told they were out of stock. Instead of offering to help find something similar she just walked away to continue chatting with her colleagues and never returned to ask if I needed help. I will definitely not be going here again. The cashier was attentive and so was the male employee near MAC products but those other ladies truly need to work on providing better service to their paying customers or maybe go work at the club were they can be loud and obnoxious.

I’ve only been to a few Ulta locations, but this one didn’t quite meet the standard I’m used to. The store felt unorganized, and the layout seemed chaotic — there didn’t seem to be any clear rhyme or reason to where products were placed.
The checkout line was also a bit of a mess. Long wait times weren’t just due to volume, but also because so many items were crammed into the checkout area. I get that it’s a marketing strategy, but it made navigating the line and checking out efficiently a challenge.
Definitely room for improvement in both layout and flow.

Where do I even start! The outside appearance is kept up because of the city but once you step inside the building it's a whole different story. It's filthy dusty & the floors are stained from make up being spilled and not cleaned up right away. The samples are dirty not wiped down or the samples are empty as in the perfumes and the store is so out of stock it's ridiculous. I was being followed by one of the employees yesterday who was wearing a light blue sweater. It's pathetic be followed around as if I was there to steal why because of how I was dressed in jeans and a loose hooded sweater and because I'm not Caucasian! This was such an ugly shopping experience. I will drive the distance to go to a cleaner and friendly ulta in city of industry.

Absolute butcher cutting hair here. Sent my daughter out in tears with a barbaric hack job. Hair cut was not worth $5.

DIRTY!! Dust everywhere, trash all over the floor. Employees /Beuty consultants were gathered together just chitchatting about their personal lives instead of helping costumers or cleaning the store.

I recently shopped at Ulta to find a color match for my foundation, and Kevin helped me immensely. What a kind and lovely person! Kevin took the time to match my color and give me some much needed skin care advice. I shop at different Ulta stores frequently, but service really sets stores apart. Thank you Kevin.
