While at the counter to pay, an employee stated to the employee checking us out, "why do I want everyone to die?" To which my 5 year old replied, you don't want me to die, do you? And the girl just walked away..Besides that, it was clean enough, but crowded. Employees were diligent and helpful, though.

First time Booking olaplex treatment with included blow dry here. The stylist refused to do blow dry. Insisted its extra even after I showed the service and what it included which clearly states a blow dry included. (You can check the website). She basically said I can go home with wet hair or pay for it. I asked for manager, she said it was her. That makes the service misleading or the stylist just wanted to up-charge. Of course I paid since the plan was to get a treatment with blow dry. My hair was still frizzy after the blow out, never had a stylist unable to do a sleek blow out. Waste of up charge money and horrible first experience. Just go to a Real salon. I would not recommend this place or get another hair service here.

I went yesterday in the evening and found two things I was wanting to try and happy they had in stock. I got asked if I was ready to checkout and I said yes and the lady walked away from me to talk to an employee. Didn't get me to a register and ask me to wait one second or anything so I thought maybe I misheard her and had assumed she was talking to me. So I wait as she's doing a bag check for an employee but I felt she was even rude to her. So she finally turns back to me in line and calls me over. So I go over and she asks for my number for the rewards. She enters it, asked if I found everything I need and if I want to sign up for the credit card. I politely told her no and she persists. I know y'all have to get a certain amount of credit card sign ups but no means no. She asked another 3 times and kept asking if I was sure. Then she turned annoyed it seemed. I ended up just returning the items because of how uncomfortable Marlo made me.

Asked a few workers for help with looking for products/recommendations and they were so lazy/half assed about it...I love makeup and I could have consulted better than them smh. Also, majority of the time I come here I have to walk throughout the whole store to look for an employee to get help from whereas with Sephora they are more available and are definitely much more helpful and professional.

About a month and a half ago, I visited ULTA BEAUTY and the salesgirl said I could get a discount, if I opened an ULTA BEAUTY charge card. So I signed up. I never got a bill for my purchase - neither by mail nor email. Then yesterday I got a bill in the mail saying I had not paid my bill. My late fee was more than I paid for the product! And the credit card arrived just a day or two before. I tried calling customer service. On the one phone line, there was a shrill buzzing noise. On the other, a girl named Jessica answered. I told her I wanted to discuss my bill. She immediately changed the subject to something she was trying to sell me. I told her I wasn't interested, but I needed to talk to someone about the bill. She kept up her sales pitch. I had to hang up on her. I may get stuck with this fraudulent bill & have to pay it, but I will NEVER use their charge card again and will try to avoid ULTA altogether.

I try to avoid Ulta when I can, as cashiers are extremely pushy about getting your contact information when you make purchases. Today was the worst. The cashier asked for my information over and over. After I refused multiple times, she stated- twice- that I could not make returns if I did not provide contact information. Per Ulta's policy, this is not true...anyone can make a return within a given timeframe, provided they have an original receipt. Ulta, please consider eliminating whatever incentives you may be providing cashiers who obtain customer contact information- I'd like to continue making purchases without the current experience. On a more positive note, I encountered a very helpful salesperson on the floor. In less than ~five minutes, he listened to my needs and was able to locate an appropriate product. Wish I had his name so he could be acknowledged for excellent customer service!

I will stick to online ordering. I do not recommended this Ulta! Everyone is super helpful but only guide you to the most expensive brands ! While checking out I was next to be helped and the cashier clearly avoided me by wandering around behind the counter. As soon as I was helped by the other cashier she immediately took the customer that was next after me. Super obvious and not very professional!!

Every time I come to this store the workers stare at me and follow me around. It makes me feel super uncomfortable as if they think I am going to shop lift. I will not be returning to this store. Not sure if they do this to every customer or just me because of the color of my skin. Ulta needs to do better when training their employees. I work too hard to be treated like that.

Most of the staff is nice and i love this store. But the older white woman (didn't catch her name, seems to be a manager or a longtime employee) WILL STARE YOU DOWNN!!! I gave her my phone number at checkout and did not ONCE break DIRECT eye contact with me while she typed it in. She was on some scary superhuman business. I had to look down while i was reciting it i was so scared. Does not break eye contact as I insert my card. Then bags my item in .1 seconds and stares into my soul as i put my wallet back in my purse. Had me leaving that store in a sweat. I think she might've taken my soul and my firstborn in that store i truly have not been the same since.

Clean location, always someone to offer help. One down side is that it has had a few smash and grabs because of location. But very friendly staff and usually stocked.

Clinique rep was very helpful, she got me to purchase a pkg deal & then my Aunt wanted one too. There were no more available and the rep went to look for another one as the delivery truck was there.

MUST READ! DONT GO HERE THEY ARE RUDE! If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I had the worst experience here when I needed help with my hair products. 2 weeks ago I asked a lady if she could help me find a product that can help strengthen my follicles and speed up growth in my hair. I told her I have been stressed with school and work and she ignored my problems and said that my hair "needs to be cut because it looked like it was bleached and damaged from getting it done" she told me I needed bondi boost and I trusted her. After using bondi boost it made me lose more hair than normal (estimate of 700 hairs). I stopped using it and realized it was for damaged hair to help strengthen and make it grow fast. This was not the case for my hair, my hair was perfectly healthy it was just the roots that needed help due to the serious amount of stress I experienced. This was a medical condition not a hair problem really. I went back today to explain what happened to another employee in the front desk. She asked what was wrong with it and I explained all of this to her but she was obviously not listening. She then replied "sorry about that, would you like this returned in the same card"... I gave up because I felt like crying and left. Don't go here if you need help they don't care and they don't know anything about respect and common courtesy. The pictures attached are to indicate my hair is healthy and to show my hair loss after bondi boost.
