My son turned 18 and needed a new passport. We had a Saturday appointment and Delia was so kind and helpful. I don’t remember the last time I had that wonderful of an experience at the post office. Thank you again for helping us and making it such a painless process.

I purchased a phone from Verizon and had it delivered to my mother in Glendora my mother‘s 98 years old and blind. She didn’t want the phone so she put it on her front porch and when her mailman came, he said he could take care of it she told him it was supposed to go back to Amazon and he said I can handle it, I’ve been trying to call the Glendora post office and nobody answers. I’ve been trying for the last two days. I don’t believe the Glendora post office delivery man should have taken that package. It’s probably lost forever.

The people behind the counter are A++++. Supervisors not so much. They make you feel like you're intruding on their world. Not a smile, very unfriendly and all they want you to do is use the kiosks. Sorry, I did my time and using the kiosks isn't proof I dropped my package off. So I will wait in line and will speak to someone who isat least courteous, has a smile on their faces instead of the sourpusses that pretend to be "supervisors ".

These people literally made my MOM CRY!Firstly I’m a small business owner that ships out 100 ish packages a day and whenever I go into this place I am treated with the utmost disrespect. Especially by this older woman with glasses. This morning my mom goes in to ship a boo to her friend and these people treated her terribly! You know that episode of Seinfeld “the soup na*i” that’s pretty much how this post office operates except instead of a private buisness it’s a taxpayer institution.Needless to say unless everyone in there is fired- (Which will never happen), go to San dimas. They have great employees who care.

Spoke with a supervisor named April today about an issue that needs resolved. It wasn’t anything about the post office personnel during my visit the Friday before Christmas, the staff who were working at closing time that Friday were friendly and helpful. Supervisor April, on the other hand, not friendly nor helpful. She was unfriendly and unprofessional, not supervisor quality, and she hung up on me.I don’t care how busy you are or what kind of day you’re having, when you work in customer service you don’t treat customers that way.April, whatever is bothering you today I hope your day gets better.

I've always dreaded passport appointments and Pancho made it so easy! Very fast process and was given excellent service. I traveled from Rancho Cucamonga and will be back to get the rest of my families passports here. Thanks Pancho!

Yes this post office in Glendora is worthy of a Google review. Last Saturday I drove all over southern CẢ, from Long Beach to Mission Viejo & even to San Diego to try to get fingerprinting service to get a FBI background check completed. The first 2 places said their machines have been down for weeks while the SD post office don’t do fingerprinting on Saturdays. What a waste of 4 hours & only limited locations open on Saturdays. Yes I did make multiple attempts to call prior to driving but these post offices never pick up calls.Anyways, I’m just glad that the Glendora location is open on Saturdays & their machine worked. I was informed that they just switched new machines which many post office workers were locked out and couldn’t access it, which explains why other locations weren’t working. Thanks to the staff at Glendora USPS for getting it together.

Brought the family in for passports and was pleasantly attended by Pancho at the counter. He was very, very hospitable, courteous and helped us easily complete the process in an organized & professional manner. All with a smile. Thank you Pancho!

The parcel package drop-off slot was jammed, which was very inconvenient as I was on a time crunch that late morning. So, only 3 stars for this US Post Office location because the parcel package should NEVER be jammed for customers to use.
