When you go there, ask for Hiram. Other than the complete accessibility of the store, he is the ONLY reason for the 5 stars. He is respectful, professional, personable and patient. He exhibited exemplary conduct and helped me find exactly what I was looking for along with the best deal for it. I see all the previous poor reviews and that may be because Hiram only started working there 2 months ago. So give this man a raise, a promotion, all that! Make him feel appreciated because he certainly made me feel like my business was appreciated. Thank you Hiram!

I went in to transfer data from one phone to another and Sonia was there alone helping customers. An employee had called in sick and she was really working hard. She was kind and pleasant even though it was very very stressful for her. After an hour and a half she was able to get to us and was very helpful.I would have given a 5 star review but just feel I can’t because I feel the company should make provisions for providing help and not leave an employee all alone.

I stated exactly what happened. here is it in short 1. I went to Verizon Glendora to turn in my IPhone trade in (when I started the trade in process I selected this specific store to trade in my iPhone) 2. the Verizon employee sitting on the far right chair of the desk did not know how to do this and asked for help. 3. the Verizon employee's help told him to click this which would make me go to ups to mail my trade in phone to Verizon 4. the Verizon employee had me take a photo of the QR code on his screen to use when I went to UPS to trade in my phone 5. I thanked the Verizon employee and went home 6. I went home and received an email that "I had cancelled my phone trade in" (this is incorrect. I did not cancel my trade in. your employee's did) 7. I called Verizon and was on the phone with a competent and helpful Verizon employee for over 2 hours sorting out this mess as re-initiating the trade in of my phone would not give me the promotion price I had agreed upon with Verizon. 8. the Verizon employee on the phone sorted this out. 9. I made a yelp review to warn others. 10. Additionally, when I was in the store an older gentlemen walked into the store and was upset his product still was not working. a store Verizon Employee apologized because they had let him leave when he first bought the product without actually turning the product on and now he is having another issue. I initially thought it must be user error, but after this experience it's probably the inept ness of the employees. This is what I would have emailed you. It's better to leave it out in the open before it cost someone else over $1000 because they don't catch it in time like I was fortunate to do. respectfully, an unhappy patron.

Three of us in my family went to Verizon on Grand Avenue, in Glendora 5 different times within 7 days, with appointments, to upgrade our phones since we were qualified and had $800 promotion. However, each time that we went, a different agent was present and non of them helped us or honor our appointments. Each time we went, they gave us different reasons as to why they could not help and said that we needed to make another schedule. I cannot make this up!!!Each time I asked for a manager, they denied my request. I contacted Verizon costumer service, and had the costumer service representative talk to the store agent, but they ignored the Verizon costumer service representative also.During one of our appointment visits, another couple came in to the store to get help, but they storm out of the store because of the lack of service provided to them. The fifth time that we went for our appointment, the store agent said that he was going to go to lunch and had to close the store for an hour, and that we needed to make another appointment. This is crazy and not heard of.Who is the manager or the owner of this store? How do you run a business like that?

WARNING: This is NOT a Verizon store. Go to the West Covina location instead. I stopped by to replace my $65 lifetime screen protector that I purchased in February 2023 and was shockling told I would need to pay $65 again because their policy changed. Please, learn from my difficult life lesson, do NOT buy anything from this store, sadly you will waste your money and time. Kendal sold me the screen protector and never told me to mail in anything. He said, come back to the store and he will replace the screen protector. Also, when they gift you a FREE watch, it's NOT free. You will be billed $10 a month for a new cell service for your watch. Many headaches from the representatives, because they're definitely working on commission $$$ I've lost $400 from their greedy sales.

Horrible customer service. Upgraded phone and bought a camera lens protector at this location. Was told at the time of purchase that the camera lens protector would be under warranty at this location for a year. Went in to have camera phone lens replaced today only to be told, it's not under warranty. I asked The Assistant Manager, Anthony to check our contract to which he responded, he didn't need to because he already knew that those were not under warranty. He was very rude and very sarcastic with his comments. Poor customer service. Looks like we were sold on false product warranty. I would not recommend this location.
